Bought a New X6 for my wife for christmas had it 2 day and the sunroof started creaking took it back to halliwell jones chester they told us it was a factory fault we got it back and it still had the same fault rang and emailed halliwell jones with no response so with the car being less than 30 days old we said that under the 2015 sales of good act we were rejecting the car and wanted a full refund all we got back from BMW is that they have 8 Weeks to look into it We are now taking them to court We have always had Land Rover and wanted a change so went for the New X6 THIS IS THE FIRST NEW BMW WE HAVE BOUGHT AND WILL BE THE LAST STAY CLEAR OF HALLIWELL JONES CHESTER

I dropped my car off for a service at Halliwell Jones BMW Chester. They told me to pull into the garage which had red crosses over all 3 lanes that were free. The guy waved me in. I got out of the car and went to give my keys to the guy WHO WAVED ME IN. He said "could you move your car, you're in the wrong lane". This is not the first time I've been treated like this. Filled in survey, BMW Bracknell called me and said someone from Chester would call back. It's now 6 months, should I keep waiting?

Having had a 20,000 miles service in May through Halliwell Jones BMW Chester, I received an offer of a "birthday health check". After the so called health check the car now lets me know I need a service in 18,000 miles, I have only done 500 miles in two months. Having questioned this, when I told an expert that I had been away for three weeks during this time, I was told the car would still deduct the miles. I asked if I bought a new car, left it in a garage for a year, would the car take miles off of the schedule and his answer was yes. I may be putting more in to this, it may be a coincidence, but I lost 1000 miles during the car's "health check". After requesting to see the manager, waiting for a while, he turned up with printouts of my service record (obviously been talking to his staff to get the same story) before I had the opportunity to speak to him about why I wanted to see him. They are not the only BMW dealer. I won't be using them again.

Hi purchased a 12month old 440i from Halliwell Jones BMW Chester, sales guy was good and kept me informed running up to collecting the car. Turned up to collect the car and two big chips on driver door which the salesman took to the garage and filled with black polish, had three Bridgestone and one continental tyre on and salesman didn’t seem interested when I told him tyre brands should not be mixed. Valet was appalling with polish still on car when collected and interior was shocking with sticky marks all over the car interior lighting okey like can of pop opened all over it, food and glitter in all seat grooves, spent three hours cleaning interior today. Expected a lot better from main dealer
I bought an approved used BMW from Halliwell Jones Chester. They offered me peanuts for my part exchange X5 even though it was in top condition andf spec. Then the new car had issues with the rear brakes from day 1 and the Sales and Service department didn't want to know. Wouldn't return my calls. So I contacted BMW Customer Service UK who were no help whatsoever. After a further week of being ignored and false promises to phone me back, I decided to sort the car myself and stop buying cars and expensive motorcycles from BMW from now on! Be warned!!!

From entering the service dept to collecting my X5 all staff were impeccable, and something I’ve come to expect. I travel from LLWYNGWRIL which is a 5 hour round trip but we’ll worth the visit with the service received.

I called this dealership around 10 days ago for a lease quote for a new mini and was in contact with Paul Atherton. He wasn't sure about what leasing options they could provide for me so he assured me he would speak to their financing team and then get back to me with the figures. 10 days on I've not heard anything from Paul after numerous times of trying to get into contact with him via telephone AND email about where he's up to with the quote. It's safe to say I've given up hope now and will be taking my business elsewhere!! Shocking customer service!!
