The staff at Halliwell Jones in Wilmslow were amazing. Kelly, who dealt with me was particularly good and made the process very fast and really bent over backwards to make the process and hassle free and possible. When I received the car it was immaculate and I am really happy with the value for money and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone!

We purchased a brand new Mini for £28k in October 2015 for my wife from Halliwell Jones Mini Wilmslow. The whole experience was lacking, we were made to feel like they were doing us a favour. We had to chase the deal through to delivery. The handover of my used VW Golf and a friend's new Citroen C1 were great experiences, not so with the Mini, very disappointing, not even a lollipop. Went to see them today to enquire on a replacement car, as unfortunately our car was stolen (make sure your keys are secure, even in the house) again, the same indifferent attitude. Was promised an email advising the spec differences between a car they had in stock and our stolen one that day, it never arrived. We will be going elsewhere now.
