My old car must've known I was trading it in, as it decided to almost kill me enroute to choose a new one haha! I had a huge blowout on a dual carriageway and my suspension gave way. Luckily I can laugh about it now, but at the time it definitely wasn't funny. Thank goodness my new Peugeot 2008 is much more reliable. I was in such a flap I literally chose the first car on the forecourt but i'm really happy with my decision. It's got great fuel economy and zero road tax which is a winner.

It was all going so well until someone crashed into the back of me & wrote my Kia Ceed off just 2 weeks after collecting it. Gutted is an understatement! That being said, I thought the gents at Hallmark Car Sales deserved some positive feedback as I was really impressed with their service levels. I think I dealt with practically every member of staff and I can't fault any one of them. My current hire car's nowhere near as good as my Kia, so it looks as thought I might be revisiting sooner than expected.

Having driven around in a Ford KA for a while, we decided it was time to upsize. My partners a gym-goer and isn't exactly small, but i'm teeny tiny so we opted for something mid-sized and ended up with a Suzuki Vitara. Hallmark Car Sales are located not too far form us, about 30mins down the road, so we popped over to the dealership to take a look. The whole team were lovely - so helpful and friendly! The service I received from Hallmark Car Sales Ltd was excellent. I don't do many miles these days, generally just back & forth the the golf course when the weather permits, but my new Seat Leon's just the job. I think the thing that sets these guys apart from others is their communication; I never once had to chase and they kept me updated every step of the way which was a refreshing change compared to experiences i've had elsewhere. The standard of customer service provided by Malcolm was second-to-none. There is a really nice atmosphere around the dealership, and Malcolm made me feel so welcome. From the first point of contact all the way through to driving away in my Volvo, there was lots of communication and updates along the way. The Volvo I bought is perfect. I'm so pleased with it. There is no doubt whatsoever that I will be returning to Hallmark Car Sales when I need to upgrade my car.
