I bought my Ford Fiesta from Hallmark Car Sales in Preston in January and I must say I am absolutely thrilled with it. I discovered this company through AutoTrader, so I decided to get in touch with them. The salesperson, Matt, was utterly brilliant. No requests or questions were too much trouble for him. My experience was nothing short of excellent. From the quality of the car to their faultless customer service, everything was top-notch.

I absolutely love my Renault Scenic! Me and my partner are a relatively young family, so we needed to get a bigger car than the one we previously had (Citron C1). If you could put the cars next to each other, I think you could fit my Citron inside my Renault 😀 Ash was the salesman who looked after me and my partner, and he couldn't have done enough for us!! He was happy for us to visit the dealership, even though it was almost closing time. Even though it was nearly closing, not once did we feel pressured to make decision on the spot. He had a very relaxed approach to making the sale but not so much that he acted like he didn't care but enough to make us feel comfortable taking out time! We visited a dealership before here, and I think you can see a quality dealership when you see one because the one I visited before had nothing on Hallmark Car Sales Ltd! We have had the car for over a month now and it has been a great addition to the family.

I thought it would take me ages to find a car I was happy with, but after finding the car I wanted straightaway at Hallmark I was delighted, it was perfect. Super low mileage and excellent condition. Matt and his team were not what I was anticipating, they are such a professional and helpful team, nothing was too much trouble, great advice and no pressure at all. Matt had sorted an MOT, 12 month RAC breakdown cover, all the tyres had been replaced and it was perfectly valeted. I noticed a slight mark and it was sorted immediately. I am very happy with my new car and Matt is a very genuine person and I would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

I turned up to this dealership quite late, so I knew I wouldn't have time to test drive the Fiat. I was relaying on the honesty of Matt, as he assured me the car was solid. My daughter has been driving it for over a month now, and she hasn't raised any issues, so everything must be running well.

After having my Volvo for a while, it was time to get an upgrade. I visited this dealership and had a good look around without the typical pressure tactics. I went for the DS Prestige and part-exchanged my old car. I'm happy with my choice, but unfortunately, I don't give anyone top marks.
