This is the 2nd time I've used Mathew and once again we were not disappointed. He and his team are fantastic. Part exchanged the car I originally bought for another little beauties Everything sorted quickly service and MOT done. And car collected within 10 days. Bought my first car from here and they were so helpful! Having researched lots into a variety of cars and dealerships we found this place - the man (can't recall his name sorry) was very open and genuine, and offered advice to me even if I weren't to buy from them. The car was clean, low mileage and as described although I was slightly disappointed when I'd noticed it had failed it's MOT with advisories on the tyres. They quickly sorted the advisories out and remained very professional throughout.

I have had many years experience (decades) as an aftersales manager in the automotive industry. Several aftersales diploma's and degree educated @ Loughborough Uni for aftersales dealership management. (Matt, the owner of this business does not know this) - (until he reads this!) .. I tell you this as I recently purchased a car from Matt @ Hallmark .. And, as I know all too well, sometimes things can go wrong... what matters is, how is this resolved? It's at this time that, as a consumer, you rely on faith and your trust in the dealer to correct it. Matt was very receptive, never once questioned the challenges and always sought to put it right. Great communication and continuing follow ups, we arrived at a point where I have a new vehicle, am very happy and have complete trust in a company that, if something goes wrong, they will endeavor to correct it with minimal hassle. Communication and trust! - Having been through this process with Matt/Hallmark, I can tell you - you can have both. I would buy here again and would very much recommend. Best wishes, Chris

I bought a fantastic car from this dealer, the website was great in terms of description, the photos were numerous and of high quality and, when I made contact and visited the site, the sales team were fantastic - a real breath of fresh air! Absolutely no pressure, openness, complete transparency and ultimately the who process of purchasing the car was one of utter joy! I have, like many, endured the ‘hard sell’ from some dealerships and the off-putting pressure placed on me as a customer to instantly commit but at Hallmark Cars, I did not feel at any time, any level of pressure or expectation on the salesman’s part - I got the sense I was being assisted superbly in my purchase, rather than being shoe-horned into the ‘deal of the week’. I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership - I’d highly and whole-heartedly recommended!

I’d been looking for a fairly small, low-mileage, reliable car, suitable for both urban and distance journeys. Having visited showrooms in my immediate, local area and seen some vehicles which I thought might be suitable, but not being certain, we visited Hallmark, from where my son and his wife had obtained a good, reliable car some time ago. On entering the forecourt, my attention was quickly drawn to a couple of Micras. Ash, friendliness and helpfulness itself, made time to take me on a test drive. I felt confident that he was offering me a quality reliable vehicle and, though initially wishing to “think about it”, turned round and “went for it”. So glad I did - excellently prepared, low mileage and road tax, now really enjoying driving my mid-blue NM - just what I’d been looking (and praying!) for. (And would also like to thank Ash’s colleague who was so helpful with paperwork etc. in facilitating collection the next week). Would thoroughly recommend paying Hallmark a visit.
