Highly recommend buying a car from hallmark cars. The staff are polite and friendly, they answer any questions you have & show you around the car. After our purchase we got a bunch of flowers and waved off the show yard. Very nice people.

We bought a Nissan Qashqai from Hallmark Cars Preston and the staff were so helpful. We picked our car up on Saturday and we are very pleased with it. Our car was given a full service and winter check. We also got an MOT and a warranty. We didn't get a discount but we are more than happy with the peace of mind we have instead. Also our car was fully valeted and they did an excellent job of it. The car looked like it was brand new. We would recommend Hallmark Cars Preston. They really look after you.

We bought a 3008 in June from Hallmark Car Sales. Told them about the car doors. But they fixed them. All we had to pay for a new car radio. As the screen wasn’t working. But we did tell them. Also we had jerking. Took the car back. They couldn’t find any faults the computer said there wasn’t any faults. All lies. There was 4 faults. Hallmark wasn’t interested. So we would never ever buy a car from them again.

I am very disappointed to receive this review as I am in the middle of trying to help mrs cocker who purchased her car 5 months ago and it has developed a 'judder' which we have had back but 3 different mecanics drove the car and couldn't fault it. since the customer took it to her own mecanic and paid to have an egr valve replaced but tells me today the car is the same. I encouraged her to speak to her mecanic as if the fault is still the same he must have diagnosed it wrong. I also made her aware that the rac warranty was still live and the mecanic must contact them for authorisation. as they had not I have offered to try and get the money she has paid out for the repair refunded through the warranty. I have also earlier today offered to have our engineers reinspect the car and asked to meet her personally so she could show me the fault. so to say we are unhelpful is both inaccurate and unfair.
our cars leave us serviced and with a new mot with no advisories so we know they have left us with no faults, independently verified. we then provide a 6 month rac warranty so if the car develops a fault, the fault is covered.
mrs cocker has been unfair in her comments, and I wish she would have done as I offered and returned the car for me to help out. I even offered her a loan car!
cant force your help on people though.

Staff were very helpful. I dealt with Collin who was honest and helpful. The car I purchased was MOT tested the day I bought it with no advisories. Warranty supplied with car. Good experience from start to finish. I would recommend them.

Just bought a very nice Peugeot 3008 of Hallmark cars and the service was excellent no pushy sales people hounding you a very relaxed manor but when I required any assistance John was right on hand to answer any queries I had brilliant service, 12 months MOT, 6 months RAC warranty and a bunch of flowers for my wife, I can't recommend Hallmark highly enough you want go far wrong buying from Hallmark superb. I've just bought my 4th car from Hallmark Cars and once again I'm delighted with the service!
Helpful and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to help you decide and buy what you need rather than what they would like to sell you. The car was nicely valeted, washed and fueled up ready to go!

Traveled from Newcastle to pick up a kia ceed, everything looked great however, realised the air conditioning wasn't working on the way back. Phoned the garage who agreed to pay to have the air con fixed, payment was obtained without issue. Top garage and great customer service. I'll defo use Hallmark Car Sales again. Happy customer thank you!
