John was great by phone and on the forecourt friendly service could ask for more no pushy sales just let us look ask questions all in all better service than a main dealer car sales

This is the best car dealer I have been to went Sunday had a look no pressure, nobody in your face, A gentleman called John dealt with us a lovely courteous gentleman so helpful & friendly , all the staff were courteous when I had to call by phone on the Monday, on the Tuesday ( today ) I have my lovely new car this is an excellent car dealer for anyone wanting a new car

When I arrived on Sunday to view cars, nobody came over trying to sell me a car. We looked round, got keys for several cars from a lovely man called John, no pressure at any time. We took a car for a test drive, never felt under pressure. I found a car and all relevant paper work done, and car was taken for a sevice/ mot, I gave them a date I would like to collect, no problems at all. When I returned for my car, ALL staff pleasant, I would like to thank Jonh for being proffessinal at all times.

Very approachable and answered all my questions about the vehicle I was looking at. Went for test drive and later agreed on a sale, a very pleasurable experience. John told us when to return and the vehicle was serviced, MOT'd and cleaned and ready to go. Paperwork was very smooth and I was on my way home in the new vehicle within an hour with a bouquet of flowers presented to my wife. Excellent vehicle, fair price and well worth the 180 mile round trip.

I bought from Hallmark late 2018. It was a smooth, courteous and efficient process. I was only buying a cheap vehicle but was treated as well as anyone with more to spend might expect; it was all perfectly friendly and straightforward. And the vehicle was OK too! I would readily advise others to try Hallmark when looking for a "new" car -- in fact I have already done so.

I saw a Toyota yaris at the Hallmark Car Sales Freckleton branch. Went to see John at the main branch on Blackpool road. No issues. Very friendly. Sorted out 6 months warranty rac breakdown and put 12 months mot on it. And they also gave it a valet. Great service and also gave me a bunch of flowers for the wife. Great customer service. Highly recommended. I live in preston so also great to buy locally.

Can't beat the friendly service at Hallmark Car Sales. They are very helpful.
