Great service. We arrived and soon found the car we wanted. Colin got everything ready for us and arranged a oil change and MOT and they even fixed the advisories on it. All in all delighted with the service and the car. There was no pressure to buy. Just the desire to make sure if you did buy you went away satisfied. I bought a Toyota from these guys, even though they could produce no service book or manual, and even though they had to fix a couple of things (which took a week as they had to get a part from toyota) before it would pass the MOT. The car seems sound in engine and gearbox but there are annoying electrical bits and pieces that need attention. Minor things really. I've had the car less than a week, but when I called and asked them to rectify the issues you would have thought I'd asked them to cut an arm off! I've never heard anyone backpedal and wash their hands of something as quickly as they did! Really disappointed and considering following up with trading standards. Any business is measured by how they deal with issues. Very poor. My advice would be Please do not use.

I am so sorry to hear you were disappointed at having to wait a week while we sourced some parts to repair the central locking on the car before you took delivery. You hadn't actually noticed there was a fault when you viewed the car, but we found the fault on our pre delivery inspection and I contacted you to tell you we wanted to make sure the car was right before it went out, and you seemed delighted with this. I ensure all my cars are sent out with no faults we can find. I believe you later contacted us with complaint of an interior light not working and a lumbar support on the seat. Colin advised we would gladly have a look for you but we probably couldn't do anything with the seat. You claimed the car was not fit for purpose due to these minor issues on a 7 year old car with 70,000 miles. Colin rightly reasoned that the car was clearly fit for purpose as it was carrying out its purpose of getting you from a to b without let down. We did offer (and always will) to take a look at your niggles, sorry you chose not to take us up on our offer, and sorry you feel our service deserved such bad press. Matt.

bought a mondeo ne t day wouldnt start hallmark were quick to help told totake to a local garage alternator replaced at no charge to me. window has now stopped working though. but overall very happy great customer service cant fault it. thanks hallmark.
I am very happy with my car from Hallmark Cars. I purchased in in August and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. I only really conversed with the dealers over the phone but they were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership.

This is my 9th car purchased from hallmark cars ,which speaks volumes .I always find them so very helpful ,polite and very professional in all aspects .I like it when they make the whole transaction from start to finish so smooth .Forget the flowers lol I like the very firm hand shake and been told thanks very much for your business ,and you know it's genuine and they do actually mean it..mr Hall your staff and your long astablished business is a true credit to you may I take this opportunity to thank you for all my previous cars and my current Mercedes is superb .Thanks again Rob.
This is the THIRD car I have bought in the last seven years from this dealer and I would go back again. The staff are helpful and kind. The cars were exactly what I needed. Each time I had an idea of what sort of car I wanted, what features were important for me, and they helped me consider options. Not just interested in the sale, but interested in a satisfied customer. A previous purchase needed a wing mirror fixing and this was done with no fuss and of course, no cost. This current purchase I am just as delighted with. Comes fully serviced, MOT, valeted, and a bunch of flowers to top it off! Highly recommend. Matt & his team aim to please - and they do! Thanks guys. I LOVE my car!
