I took it back to Hallmark Car Sales Ltd through the warranty, and they had it sorted and returned to me within a week. Since then, I haven’t had any issues. The team throughout have been friendly, easy to communicate with, and very attentive. Even with the initial issue, it’s been a good experience overall.
