I've had my car since November and I'm really happy with my choice to get the Mercedes E350!

I turned up to this dealership quite late, so I knew I wouldn't have time to test drive the Fiat. I was relaying on the honesty of Matt, as he assured me the car was solid. My daughter has been driving it for over a month now, and she hasn't raised any issues, so everything must be running well.

After having my Volvo for a while, it was time to get an upgrade. I visited this dealership and had a good look around without the typical pressure tactics. I went for the DS Prestige and part-exchanged my old car. I'm happy with my choice, but unfortunately, I don't give anyone top marks.

After going into a few dealerships before this one, me and my partner didn't get that wow factor, but as soon as we walked into the Hallmarks dealership, we knew that we would get a car from here. We had a look around without any pressure! We purchased a Kia - it is honestly the best thing we have done. We have already recommended this dealership to people we know.

From the initial enquiry, the team were very helpful, as they held my Nissan for me until I could get down to view it. I had constant communication all the way through the process, and I felt very confident in what they were saying. I don't have any complaints.

I had a wonderful experience buying my Nissan X Trail from Hallmark in Preston. The sales executive that looked after me was fantastic, he was so accommodating towards me, let me take my time looking at the car without watching over me but he was there if I had any questions for him and he was able to answer these honestly and he gave good solid advice. The car is absolutely brilliant, I recently went on a day out to Liverpool in it and we managed to fit our 5 grandchildren in it and there was still plenty of room in the car. I use to drive a Renault Kadjar for work and I always wanted one for personal use. I was looking online and I happened to find one with Hallmark Cars in Preston so I gave them a call and spoke to a lovely person called Ash who arranged for me to come and view the car and take it for a test drive. When I got to their place of business I was met by Ash again who welcomed me with a warm smile and let me take my time looking round the car and taking it for a long test drive. I was able to test the car to its full potential and I was impressed with how everything went so I went back to sign all of the documentation and agreed to the sale. I'm really pleased with my new car it is lovely to drive and doing what I need it to do. I 110% recommend this dealership to anyone else looking for a new car purchase and I would certainly return here again when I need to upgrade my car.
