The presentation of two bunches of flowers, one for each of us was also an unexpected surprise which we feel added that extra special touch. This is a tradition, that from previous experience and over time seemed to have been forgotten.. .

Recently, I needed to trade in my 2004 Nissan Primera. In its place was a beautiful Honda Accord. It's wonderful to drive and is in excellent shape. I have many comments on how nice it is. The price was right. I feel that the people at Hallmark are fair and sell reliable cars. I plan to be by when my KIA wears out. Thanks guys!

The staff were very helpful on the occasions I visited the garage. Encouraged test drives which I had not found at some of the bigger dealerships as they found moving cars around too much trouble. All questions were answered and overall it was a stress free experience. All my friends who are car loving people who have seen my Mazda believe I have had got a good deal!! I have not given 5 stars only because I can't comment on the after sales etc. but on what I know I would recommend a visit especially if you are looking for a car in the price range £3000-£10,000. Thank you and did I say I absolutely love the car!!

Purchased a Ford Focus from Hallmark Car Sales on 4th March 2018 to be collected 10th March. Vehicle advertised with service history and purchased on that basis however much to my disappointment there was no service history full stop. When I called to ask where the service book was I was told I would get a call back once the gentleman had spoken to a manager. No call back. I visited the website again and they had underhandedly amended the advertisement after my call. Thankfully I retained the original advertisement. I called again and rather abruptly was asked to return the vehicle and that i would be refunded.When I returned the vehicle was treated and spoken to terribly. In any case a refund was provided but not a refund of the insurance administration cost. This was outright refused. Truly a horrible experience. Tell you one thing to get the sale when the reality is different altogether.

This is a very very unfair review! Customer came to view a bmw with full service history and ended up choosing to buy a lovely low mileage very tidy focus at £3995 and we allowed him £850 for an old Toyota that was worth about £500. Customer never discussed service history on focus at time of purchase. The focus was advertised as having service history mistakenly, (my mistake as had 2 focus at the time I loaded on computer and one had got service records, this one had no documentation it turns out). So the day the customer complained it had none and we realised the mistake, we immediately offered a full refund and apologised for the misunderstanding on his part and the error on ours. Customer was very rude to our staff demanding a further £44 for his insurance! Where he thinks he would have got a better outcome I’ve no idea! In fact I suspect most garages would have just said he should have checked all the service history before deciding to purchase, but we don’t work like that, this was a genuine mistake on our part, but advert does have a rider at bottom stating buyer must check information is correct as mistakes arise. The autotrader puts this rider on not us, as they say they get lots of problems with customers complaining about all sorts of mistakes, they do happen... To be honest, I wouldn’t do business with this customer if he did come back. When we took him to collect his old car he had part exchanged, he asked what deal we would do for him now without the service record! Think he thought he was going to get a further discount...But now he says he wouldn’t do business with us. Which is it? I think he’s annoyed as he thought he was going to get a bigger discount We have amended the new advert to show the correct information and this lovely low mileage well cared for focus is now back up for sale with a new mot and just serviced if anyone wants a good deal please call.

Very very pleased! Saw the car online, visited next day, able to test drive with no problem, bought car, returned to pick up at a date and time to suit us. Absolutely NO pressure selling. Quick, easy, friendly service. Oh - and the price was excellent. Would definitely recommend this garage.

I'd definitely go back to Hallmark Cars, there was a couple of minor issues but as a whole it was good and the guys there were all very nice. The Honda I bought was decent value. I recommend!
