The service from Hamlet motors was first class, if all car buying experiences were as easy and enjoyable as this was I'd be a happy man. There was no salesman nonsense, no hard sell and the Land Rover I bought had all its documents. They agreed to MOT the car to save me the trouble in a few months and cleaned it inside and out as well. I'll be going back to them for my next car.

Hello. unless you're in the market to buy brand new, then buying a pre-owned car can be a bit daunting. Thankfully, after a bout of terrible cars associated with terrible dodgy car dealers, I came across a car from Hamlet Motor Company in Neston, South Wirral. What a breath of fresh air! This is a family-run business and has been for many years it seems. The guys in Service as well as Sales are incredibly friendly, knowledgable and attentive - and they can't do enough for you. It's not a case of 'take the money and run' here...on the contrary, these guys stand by their quality name for cars and service and then some. I bought a 56 plate Audi A4 2.0 TDi S-Line. I was allowed to take it for an incredibly long test drive, and because I left licence details and signed a form stating the time of test, I was able to go unaccompanied. This is important as other dealers chat all through your test drive causing distractions - this means you could miss vital problems. As it was, this car was top notch on the drive and so I bought it. On collecting the car, Paul was thorough in every aspect and the car came with a very comprehensive 3-month warranty, HPI certificate, full valet, service, 12 month MOT - and he'd even had two new good quality tyres fitted to the front wheels. After having lived with the car for a couple of days, I noticed the switch of the front driver's electric window was broken, the jack was faulty and there was a slight blow in the exhaust where it meets the manifold. Paul and Lee simply told me to bring the car back and that they'd order a brand new full electric window unit, new jack and repair the exhaust problem - which they did and in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. I love my car and love it all the more knowing I've bought it from a motor dealer that cares as much about its customers as it does its cars. I can't recommend them enough. Their main products are German; Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW and Porsche, but always have a look if you require anything else because, as I've learned in the past, it's as much about the dealer as the car your buying that really makes the difference.

I thought I would leave a review for Hamlet Motor Company because I thought they provide an excellent service for car buyers. The owner of the business, whose name escapes me, handled my sale and did an excellent job by providing great customer service, a no pressure environment and honest advice throughout. I had a minor problem with the door handle coming loose and although the repair wasn't the quickest, they did resolve it for me!
