Hampshire Vans’ service was exceptional and everything’s been fine with the van. There were just a couple of small things that let the experience down slightly. It would’ve been nice if someone had got back to me about my warranty query, but I managed to sort that myself which was a bit frustrating — but it is what it is. I’m not upset about it though and if or when this one sells, I’ll be back to see the guys and buy another.

The service on the day of the purchase was good, and they had a great selection of vans at Hampshire Vans. After the purchase, there was a slight knocking noise, so I contacted the dealership, and they booked me in with their mechanics and got it resolved. The aftersales service is good as well.
