It has been great, no issues at all. The customer service was very good, it was brilliant, very quick. And the van was cleaned and valetted for me fantastically. I would rate my experience a 5/5.

Been perfect, they guy I dealt with Dec he was very helpful. I enquired if I could go and see than van, and he was straight on it. We whatsapped throughout the process, test drove it and everything was perfect, couldn't fault it. We took about a week to collect it and in that time Dec noticed a little crack in the windscreen He got this replaced for us before the collection. I think what impressed me most was the efficiency of communication and I think with it being done through Whatsapp it is so much nicer, they can just quickly answer at any time of the day, rather than having to go through the old fashioned waiting on a call or emails. I would of course rate my experience 5 stars.

If you’re in the market for a used van definitely pop to see Dec and the team! From the excellent coffee through to efficient delivery of the van every step was a pleasure. No hidden extras or unexpected surprises, just good old fashioned professional service. Bravo!

Everything has been fine so far, the service was quick. It was the first time we had used this dealership, they are actually nearby and we saw an ad online. Everything was as described as in the advert, nothing was hidden from us. It had all been prepared and cleaned ready for when we wanted it. Can't complain at all, if we needed to we'd use the dealership again.

I dealt with Declan at Hampshire Vans and he was good as gold. The sales side of things were absolutely fine. I have dealt with the aftersales think his name is Tom and this is a consultancy type aftersales and I have found there is some wait times with them, but they are dealing with the issues I am having with the sensors. I'm waiting on some paperwork from them, unfortauntly the paperwork is from the previous owners so out of Hampshire Vans control.. I do find sometimes that some places will tell you what you want to hear, but with these guys were straightforward, I didn't feel any pressure at all, freedom on the test drives. In time if I ever do need a van again I would defiantly go back and use them

I found Hampshire vans absolutely fine and good to deal with. Customer service wasn’t pushy and honest on how they described the vans. We have had a couple of problems with it, mainly relating to the headlights but Declan did say he would sort it out either way so it all good.

My Vauxhall that I bought from Hampshire Van's needed to have some updates done, but on that day there was some white smoke and a ammonia smell. I did speak to the guys that did the updates and they advised this could have been something to do with the AdBlue, but this hasn't come back. I have mentioned this to Hampshire Vans, who put me in touch with the aftersales team, which I'm waiting to hear back from but as I say this hasn't come back yet. I decided to buy a new one as my old one was knackered (It was 11 years old) this dealer popped up online and they had the van I wanted. The staff there were very good and I couldn't fault them at all, Dec was the salesman he was helpful over text messages as this is how we communicated, along with being accommodating getting videos of the vehicle to me quickly and also very honest about the condition of the van. The service there was definitely good!

They were spot on at Hampshire Vans. I needed a van as we'd took someone else on and I saw this one on Autotrader. They had professional customer service and when they showed the van, it was exactly how they said it would be.

The Ford Fiesta is good on fuel, overall a good little van, Hampshire Vans did what they said, brilliant customer service. There were a few issues but Ed was helpful and every time something went wrong he would offer to give me my money back. I don’t think some checks were done, but I don’t think it was down to Hampshire vans, I think it was when they sent it out of house to get the mechanical work, I didn’t think they were quite honest with it. However I found Hampshire vans cleaning , valeting and how they presented it was fantastic! I'm happy with the van 100%, I'd from them again.
