I'd been looking online for an NV250 when I came across one that caught my eye at Hampshire Vans. The guys were absolutely great and even offered to pick me up from the train station which was a nice touch. I've had no problems with the van since collecting it and it's the perfect size for all my fishing equipment.

My Citroen Relay has been bought to be converted into a campervan. I have noticed a few people have started to do it, and I thought it was a great idea. The service at Hampshire Vans was fantastic. Everyone was easy to get along with, and they replaced the battery in the van for me before driving away because they noticed it was close to the end of its life.

Very easy dealer to deal with. I saw my Mercedes Vito advertised online, it matched what I was looking for, and at the price I was willing to pay. I registered my interest, and they gave me a follow-up call. With it being a used van, they went through everything with me. They explained they had it for a while and it needed a fresh MOT and some new tires. They did that for me. I test drove it for around 10-15 minutes, taking it through the back streets of Southampton. I went away to think about it. We had a couple off conversations and managed to negotiate the price to what I thought the van was worth.  I'm very happy with their honesty and transparency from Hampshire Vans throughout the whole deal. I didn't feel pressured to buy the van, and I found it was exactly as advertised and explained to me.

Hampshire Vans have provided me with the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They picked up my Ford Transit when the work needed doing and dropped it back off again when the work was completed, as they knew I needed it to get to work. The team was impeccable, as they went above and beyond throughout the process, they replaced the cam belt for me too. I was never left in the dark as they updated me throughout. What more could you ask from a company?

Brought a van online a few months ago from Hampshire Vans; the service was amazing; they replied to all my emails and text messages straight away, went above and beyond to get it serviced, mot'd and new wheels and hubs, and a few other bits in time for me as my old van was on its way out. Kept me up to date with the delivery day and time, and as promised, it arrived like clockwork. The condition of the van was even better in real life; it looked brand new.
