I don't usually write reviews but after trying to view a car this morning if I could give 0 stars I could. Two men turned up looking unhappy while we stood in the rain waiting for them to respond and acknowledge us. After asking if we could wait inside one of them eventually let us in the office area. I was told by one of them they would go and get the car they left us in the office and both drove off. All the doors were open and offices unlocked so if we wanted to go through sensitive paperwork we could. I noticed some failed MOT certificates and it looks like someone had attempted to fix a cars sat nav themselves and it wasn't going well. They made us feel very uncomfortable as if we had put them out and were an inconvenience. A third teenage lad came while they were still off trying to find the car and we asked if he was Dominic. He said Dominic doesn't have to be here we all work here you know. The attitude was quite unpleasant and when we told him we were waiting for the others to bring the car he said that's nice they are doing you a favour! I don't consider doing a job a favour when I would have been paying for it. It was really unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable I left before the car even arrived. I wish I had noticed the other 1 star reviews as they mirror my experience today
This is the worst car I have ever bought. Hardly a week goes by without something going wrong and non of the repairs are minor. Either Dominic doesn't know what he's doing when he buys a car for resale or he does and is passing on a defective vehicle. Either way he should not be in business. I would award no stars given a choice
Dominic is a total fraud. He sells unfit cars which he keeps ‘trying’ to repair. I wish I had read the reviews about him before buying. STAY WELL AWAY.
All I can say at this point is Domonic (auto galley) is a fraud and a liar. Selling us an unfit car and when trying to return/reject car, would keep ‘trying’ to fix it. All lies. Turns out when car was brought to a proper dealer to get fixed ‘properly’ at the last option, after many attempts before hand, he rejected the work and lied about it being done, only months down the line I found out it wasn’t. Finding out that the work require is over 4K double the value of the car. Caused me a lot of upset and distress, from his unprofessional actions and behaviours and also with every lie he has told. He obviously thinks it’s okay to risk people’s lives by selling unsafe cars. Reading all these reviews now I know I’m not the only one. Domonic I hope you realise how to be a good person one day. Never go near this place.

The worst service I have ever received. Purchased a vehicle from Hampton Hill Motor Company and within the first few days, there was a faulty coil pack. Couple of weeks later, had engine and coolant issues and instead of fixing the problems, their excuse was this is to be expected due to the age and mileage of the vehicle (2011 plate)....why sell a car when it’s clearly not road worthy? To top it all off, the dealer then lies to the finance company and says that I was made aware of the engine problems with the car before I purchased it and I still went ahead with it....bunch of rubbish and just proves they can not be trusted!! It’s now going to cost me over £1500 just to get the faults repaired whilst still paying for the car itself. I advise everyone not to make the same mistake...avoid this place at all costs!!

Bought a corsa from Hampton Hill Motor Company for our son, unfortunately he didn't pass test first time so car was unused during Hampton hill motors warranty period. So many problems, breakdowns, expensive repair work on a car which has apparently a full service history and lie mileage!!!! Unlike us, save your money and go elsewhere!!! We have learned the hard and expensive way!!!
Bought an average Vauxhall corsa from Hampton Hill Motor Company at a pretty cheap price so I didn’t care about the mileage and age related marks. However I was told by the sales rep that the services book was going to be sent to me. The car was only £1700 but for me, the principle of them just being complete liars annoyed me and god knows who else they have lied to. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car from this garage. They probably just lie about other things too. Spoke to the so called big boss who when I spoke to said he sent it out the same day. Bunch of liars the lot of them. STAY AWAY!
Bought this car two years again from Hampton Hill Motor Company. Took it in for a supposed oil leak which turned out to be a power steering fluid leak. Fixed on site. Purchased extended warranty, however issues where occurring concurrently with warranty period. Car had many issues, cooling pipe leak rubbing on drive shaft, (relocated during investigation into oil leak) cam shaft fault. Timing belt failure (after apparent replacement), apparently new tyres but two required replacing. Oil pressure faults.. list is endless. Repairs have cost more than what ttwo the car is worth. I'd avoid.
I would recommend Dominic and his team any day and anytime to anyone.I was given a wonderful service when I bought a Vauxhall insignia from them.The car runs well and even 9 months down the line I have yet to experience any problem.Their after sale service is second to none and they are always willing to help when called.They treat everyone like family and give personal assistance or advice when asked. Dominic you are a top man.
Bought a car from Hampton Hill Motor Company just an under a year ago for just under £3k thinking it would last around 3 years. 6 months later we had to fork out £1.5k as the engine needed the cans replacing. 7 months later the brakes broke and we had to fork out another £200 9 months later and the something else went wrong with a belt and had to fork out a further £500. Today was the MOT for the car and it doesn’t start it’s not the battery so will be something else yet to find out! In the space of a year we’ve forked our nearly £3k on fixing a car we bought for £3k ABSOLUTE JOKE of a car that we’ve been sold problem after problem. Would not go near the dealer ever.
