I spoke to Zirwan on the phone from Northumberland a couple of weeks past. He seemed very attentive and called me sir many times, I explained that I was interested in the silver MERCEDES-BENZ S CLASS Coupe 5.5 S63 V8 AMG SpdS MCT Euro 6 (s/s) 2dr (2014/64). We spoke for a time and I explained that since I was buying from Northumberland could he do a walk round video for me to which he said no problem, I also said that as he was with the AA Dealer promise and I am a member of the AA I would like to have the car inspected by the AA to which he agreed readily. He then said could I leave him to give the car another wash as he would like to have it looking good for my personal video, and that he would ring me back between 1400hrs to 1500hrs and he would show me round the car, and I said that would be great... Iam still waiting 2 weeks on Zirwan, and Instead I have now dealt with KENT VEHICLES which is owned by a lad called Daryl, Who has been a pleasure to deal with and with whom I am now purchasing a Mercedes-Benz S Class 5.5 S63 V8 AMG SpdS MCT Euro 6 (s/s) 2dr from. You must be quite happy in my mind to not be bothered about losing a cash sale to the value of £ 36,490. Not a good way to do business Zirwan.
So after 3 months have past my GLE Mercedes shows a Amber warning light with a car with an arrow pointing up. As I have a warranty I called them only to find out it’s not covered and was told by my usual garage the fix would be nearly £900. I then decided to call the dealership Hanar cars and spoke to the owners wife who was very helpful in calling her husband, he asked what the problem was and immediately said bring the car to me and I will deal with the problem. Following morning I arrived as arranged and was met by one of the employees who was also very pleasant & friendly who ask me to wait in the office while he took the car in the workshop area and proceeded to investigate the problem which was found to be the air matic suspension air compressor. I was asked if I could leave the car there for overnight as the part had to be delivered the next morning, I agreed and the following day at 12.30 received a phone to say it was all fixed and I could collect my car. Great after sales and they even valeted the vehicle inside and out. Please give them a try. Highly recommended.

If my partner is happy I’m happy. In the garage trade my self i always approach car dealers with trepidation but these guys were so easy to deal with. Just handed me the keys and left me to do all the checks I wanted and only approached us when called upon. Great deal on a very low mileage Audi TT that my partner is over the moon with.. wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Even sorted out the tax on site before we left

I bought my last 2 cars from Hanar cars. Amazing guys who do their job with desire and quality, giving a guarantee for 6 months. 1 month ago I bought a Mercedes S-class and after 1 week i saw that the front brake pads had to be replaced. I called Zirwan, he ordered from Mercedes and replaced everything, front and back brake pads with discs as well. A lot of my friends also buy cars from him and no one has had any problems. The woman in the office is also very kind and always will help you with everything. Many thanks to them, I am definitely recommend and I am sure will bye my next car from Hanar cars again.

I wrote a message earlier I didn't understand I was wrong they repaired the car in very good condition they even promised me that if I still have problems coming back I thank them and I withdraw my words they are right people thank you
Had a phone call from a vehicle I was interested in. Lady over the phone was quite rude and acted in a manner which i had felt belittled. Would not recommend!!!
I bought a car from Hanar 2 months ago (June 2020) and it is a very good car, nearly new, but I am not happy with the sales aftercare. The missing special locking wheel nut key for the car and the missing jack caused me a great deal of inconvenience when I had a puncture and I had to call out the AA. I expected this to be with the car when I bought it, so I didn't check. When I contacted Hanar about the missing locking wheel key nut key it was initially suggested by them that I should come to them to get the ‘problem sorted’. I refused to do so since it would have meant driving some distance on a spare tyre which it is not designed for that. Hanar offered instead to send someone round to me to ‘sort out the issue’. On pushing for an explanation on how the problem would be sorted it was suggested: • Knocking off the safety wheel nut altogether • Purchasing the wheel nut locking key from a local car accessory shop I was very concerned about this solution and contacted the local Toyota dealership myself for expert advice. Toyota told me that only they, the dealership, have the correct locking wheel nut key for this model, at a cost of £30.00. It cannot be purchased from anywhere else, since it is unique and it could take up to 5 weeks to get, because it comes from Germany. So we agreed, since the car was booked for its first service that week, Toyota dealership would change the tyre for a new one using their master key, without damaging the safety wheel nut. I also take exception to Hanars’ comment that “we are not the AA”, and that no apology was made for the inconvenience caused. Knocking off the security wheel nut would not have solved the problem, what I needed was the key itself and I had made that very clear right from the beginning. PS: Hanar have since reimbursed me for the cost of the locking wheel nut key and the jack.

I would like to say how buying a car from these guys is a fantastic experience. They filmed the car online for me as we live in Devon. After purchase they delivered our car to our address with no fuss at all. The video they sent filmed all the bad points as well as the good. The staff were helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for them. You can buy with confidence from this dealership.

my girlfriend brought a car from hanar cars and throughout the whole time the transaction from viewing, buying and picking up the car was very comfortable and easy, i cant thank them enough especially issy thankyou for all your help, im sureill be back to buy myself a new car, would high recommend using HANAR CARS
