Bought a car and told to collect Friday, ran to check all OK that morning and told car not ready and to collect Tuesday. Call Tuesday am to check all ok and td car would be ready for later that day. Caught 90 mins train and 45mins walk, cars wasn't ready but waited till it was, then completed paperwork and paid, tried to tax car to drive it home to fined not Moted. Had to catch train back and and have car delivered next day. No offer of compensation was made even after asking for the owner to see what he could do! Do not use this company

My citreon C1 was all nicely washed and smelling nice, they took the time to clean and wash it......I just wished they checked it had petrol in it... Before I had time to get to the nearest petrol station (less than a mile away).... it ran out of fuel.. I had to buy a petrol can to put petrol in before I could get to the petrol station.. Then more expense, 18 days later the rusty exhaust bracket fell off.. My local garage said that the whole exhaust is completely rusted out.. Now I have to pay over a £100 for parts, then vat, then labour..Over £200.. . It came with a 11 month mot.. But apparently a rusty falling apart exhaust dosent count on a mot.. .

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. People are nice until one buys a car, than it is over. I was assured that I have one week to claim any issues, so very first day I bought the car, I went to the garage and I called Hanham company informing about 3 major issues, I was advised, that Hanham will sort it out, but they never did. After the time has passed, I was informed that my policy doesn’t cover any mentioned issues. How very convenient to do it when time to give the car back has actually passed. Not to mention that only 1,5 month after purchase I had to repair so many things (I was advised that many parts were putting me on a life threatening condition), and it cost me another car. By the law everything seemed nice, as MOT was done, but there is no way I would totally destroy discs within 1,5 month! Obviously, that is my fault, as I shouldn’t buy a car in that condition, but I was fooled by the “one week refund policy”.
Cars do not have a guarantee, you have to buy it. Even if you buy it, it only covers the engine and gearbox. They do not care about small problems. My sunroof stopped working after 3 times of use, it's not their problem. I change cars every year but I will never come back to Hanham Road Autos. They promised to change the oil in the car for good reviews on the internet. No way!!!

No major issues. I purchased a fiesta from here at the start of this year. It was pretty good condition when I got it and up to now I have had no major issues, just a couple of leaks. Overall, I am happy and I would recommend Haman Road Autos to friends and family.

I got a good deal on my Nissan Qashqai back in September. The car was nice and clean and in really good condition and up to now I have had no problems. The dealers were really nice and very helpful and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone!

I bought a BMW from here back in July. It was very nice and clean and in good condition and up to now I have only had one issue which was partly covered by the warranty but I did have to pay £60 Since then it's been fine. The dealers are very nice and friendly, I recently recommended to my mum who has recently bought a car from them as well.

Brilliant all round, not a bad word to say at all. I bought a Ford Fiesta back in May and its perfect, I have had no problems. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend them.
