We got to court they gave Arun a CCJ ( of which he has many & said don’t hold shy hope of getting anything) we then took this to the high court Sherriff to see if they can do anything…. we are still waiting … I hope they name & shame him on “ Don’t pay we take it away “ serves him right the rob dog !!

My daughter bought from him 2018 car broke down 1 wk later he took car back & refused to give any money back she is still fighting him through court! He’s changed company name now to Haris sports & Prestige HSP

Hi can I ask how you got on im having a similar issue the car I bought an audi a1 in June broke down the day after then had loads of issues with it. The bodywork was bodged. Gave me a receipt for a full service and timing belt done then 3 weeks later the car had no oil in so the reciept was fake they then ignored my calls so I had to get intouch with the finance company and after 5 months of battling the finance company told me I could return the vehicle to the dealership in the morning coincidentally the car was set on fire a few hour after the phone call so now i am compiling a court case to recouperate my loss and get justice again this fraudster
Bought a car from Haris Automotive, ment to have 3 months warranty got problems after 30 days of buying the car rang him up and he said he would speak to a specialist not heard nothing back egnoring my phone calls we have got two kids ones only 1 year old and now is walking around in the cold because still waiting for my car to be fixed by Haris Automotive!!! so buyers be aware! Thanks.

In reply to Chris Wright After 2 and half years of fighting Harris Automotive The court issued a CCJ against Arun but he has changed company name so all we could do was go to the high court and get the Sheriffe involved so get ready Arun Harris if you don’t pay they will take it away !!

Paid £7600 for a car from Haris AUtomotive only for it to have major engine failure within 2 weeks Arun has chosen to ignore all my contact. I am taking legal action. Disgusting yes absolute rip off merchant see you in court Arun.

Disgusting service at Haris Automotive, travelled 80 miles to look at a car and after being kept waiting got refused a test drive and called a time waster all because I was honest and said I had arranged other things to look at if I didn't like it due to the distance travelled!

It took me 14 months to get Arun Rashid into County Court.He and his legal advisors (sic) baulked me every inch of the way but British justice prevailed.I won my case...got the full purchase price back plus all my legal costs.Like an earlier reviewer Rashid ignored every email...in excess of one hundred and his legal advisors are a joke look them up they title themselves as Legal Solutions 4 You. Arun Rashid has been involved in five companies since 2012...four have been wound up including a previous motor business....look him up at Companies House...makes very interesting reading

Hi john, Im struggling a little bought a car from Arun last august and had nothing but trouble with it its cost me a fortune in repairs ! Even sold me it with no break discs im struggling to get hold of him ! Last time i spoke to him he sold the business.

Hi, I would love to hear more about the issues people have had and how you’ve sorted it out. We bought a car from them in June 2018 and had nothing but trouble, cost us a fortune so far in garage/repair fees. Our experience is ring true to many of the reviews on here. Any advice would be appreciated.

Haris Automotive want you to buy before you test drive any vehicle absolute joke. Evidently his cars have a lot to hide if he wants money handing over before you can even take them out for a test drive! AVOID!!!!

I am not an expert on buying motor vehicles so I was nervous buying from a private motor trader but as soon as I arrived to look at the Mercedes C Class Arun put me at ease and the car was exactly as described. I test drove the car and left a deposit the same day. The car has been fantastic I couldn't recommend them enough. Keep up the good work.
Very pleasant experience With no pressure from sales person. Offered a test drive and even accommodated for our mechanic to have the car inspected. Very happy with our Bmw look forward to some sunshine!! Thanks guys
I bought a Jaguar from them and it has bent suspension and many faults! Arun Rashid will not fix the car or refund me, the 3 month warranty does not exist and he not man enough to take my calls or respond to emails. Trading Standards are on to him! Do not buy a thing from this garage! You will regret it!

This man Rashid messed me around for fourteen months....finally got him in Court and won! ....beat his legal advisors in the process.They and Rashid tried every dodge in the book....even tried to get a stay on the hearing due to some event....that did not wash either.Go for him!....email me if you need any help.
