Think it was awesome experience could fault the service I got there it’s one best show room I have ever see as Volvo driver been lot them over the years own eight Volvo this best service so far

Bought S90 from this outfit in Feb 21. In June 21 and 3k miles later needs £400 service! Check before you buy or better still, go elsewhere

I've called Marshall volvo on at least three separate occasions over the past two years in regards to parts and servicing of my volvo, My contact details were taken on all these occasions and I was assured that someone would call me back. So far no one has bothered to return any of these calls,

I got my fifth new car from the same dealer. The sales department staff are great and I was dealing with Raz had given me outstanding service kept me up to date on the car at all times. Thank you Raz for all your help and support in buying my new car. The service department is 5 star all of the staff are outstanding as well, very helpful and full of joy to help others with a big smile. The customer services Manager Shelly I give her 7 stars she is so nice and helpful always been helpful and with a smile and will go the extra mile to keep her customers happy. I will recommend all my family and friends to buy a car from here.

If you are trading in a car already on finance and tis Dealership is paying that off for you as part of the deal you negotiate....be careful! They pay outstanding finance by cheque and it took over two months for them to settle mine during which time I was paying out for two cars. They also gave me a weeks free insurance but needed me to have it in place so they could transport my car from another dealership, by the time i got my new car this insurance had run out. Convenient for them but not so good for me. I found the service at this dealership to be very poor and i would not recommend them.
