After being treated really poorly in Carshop Warehouse Wakefield, we decided to return to the trusted dealership that we purchased our last car 12 years previous. We booked a test drive and met Chris in the showroom. He was welcoming without being “pushy”, asked us what we were looking for and gave us all the pros and cons of the different models. We were allowed an extended test drive for our own peace of mind and had an honest discussion ref our trade in compared to Carshop valuation. There were two minor repairs that needed attention and Chris organised replacements parts within the timescale given and the after sales treatment was also very professional. We have had several cars from Harrats over the years and Chris only strengthened the feeling of trust required when purchasing a car, listening to what we wanted rather than pressure selling. 5 stars

Cannot thank Chris enough for his effort, care and attention from our initial enquiry where we were sent a very detailed and informative video of the car right through to us travelling over 100 miles to collect it and trade in our car. We've had the car 3 months now and couldn't be happier. Will most definitely recommend and will use again. 5 Stars.

I have been looking for a perfect car and harrats pontefract helped me out with this from looking for what best suited me to finally making the big step of purchasing the car. The service from this team was very impressive and made a massive difference to my experience whilst purchasing my new car. Especially team member chris who supported me through my car journey. A special thankyou to chris as well as the rest of the team that helped make this happen. I am overwelmed with my car that was made a dream come true with unbeatable service!
I took my car back to harrats with a faulty turbo service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Kept me fully updated could have asked for more of the service team. Thank you Pat and the rest of your colleagues.

Initially polite and helpful, but when I decided not to buy they tried to pressure me into making the purchase (oddly by repeatedly telling me there was no pressure, whilst two salesmen stood over me as I sat in the showroom on a plastic chair well away from any furniture - quite intimidating). I’d paid a £200 credit card deposit to reserve the car, but after 5 phone calls and 3 emails over the last month have not been able to get money back. I would strongly recommend a high level of caution if you feel the need to use this dealer.

BJ68BKU 19th Nov 2019 I bought a 1 year old car Renault koleos reg. BJ68 BKU. from Harratts Renault Wakefield with low milage 2700 for more then 20 grounds. Given an HPI check...all clear (not done by myself). I asked the dealer if it has been in an accident. He advised NO. Owned the car for a week and found that the car has been in an accident and repaired. Door ambient light not working, front driver side lamp and tyre replaced, under bonnet parts fixed by plastic stripes. I will never have purchased having known the history. I returned car after week, sales manager Jack Martin promised find for me another car too choice from renault uk. witch home delivery and good discount but offer just one not interested this total time wasters.Also problem with money return take money within 5 minutes from my account but returned after couple of days witch many many phone call . Poor customer service. I lost a lot of time and money too. No compensation given. Not recommend.
i cannot praise Dave from Harratts Pontefract any more for his great help and patience which made the purchase of our used Peugeot 308 very easy and smooth especially that there was part exchange. He spent a long time explaining all the after sale service and protection plans which are really useful. The best thing about it is that his kind and helpful attitude has not changed when we were hesitant about the car as we were thinking of automatic, there was no pushing but he even helped honestly with cons and bros. Even more he agreed to to do some improvements we asked for like extra valeting thank you Dave MICHAEL& NIVINE Moussa

I wont be dealing with Harratts Nissan dealership in Pontefract ever again, I made the long drive to the dealership on the agreed pretence they would knock money off and they changed their mind once I arrived, they did a quick fix on an issue which re occurred shortly afterwards, essentially they showed dishonesty and poor service and I wouldn't recommend them.
