I'd definitely recommend Harrison Street Motors to others based on my experience. Whilst buying the Golf, the experience was perfect, and so is the Golf, ever since buying it, I have been enjoying it.

My new VW UP has been grand! What stood out to me was how receptive they were to the fact I could only do a weekend, as I am in a different city. They were also good when delivering the car when it works for me, so I'd give my overall experience a 4-star rating.

Car has been great since I've had it, done about 4000 miles in it since purchase and not had any problems. I did have to return to the dealership a couple of times in the beginning as when I turned up there was no one there. However once I was seen to the transaction went seamlessly, there was no stress, very straightforward and easy guys to deal with.

I bought a cheap car from Harrison street motors, I have had some issues with it however it was kind of expected. I knew what I was buying and the reasons it was so cheap. I will say that I was happy with the customer service they provided and my son has actually also purchased a car from here and he has had no issues with it at all. I think all in all they are a good dealership and a good bunch of staff so I would still give them a 5 star rating.
