Purchased a vehicle from Harrison Street Motors on delivery day vehicle was hit by a driver falling asleep at the wheel of a Luton van. To keep it short they went above and beyond in helping to find replacement vehicle. To often these actions are never mentioned, only the bad is ever reviewed. I wish to say thank you for your patience, help and effort in looking for replacement car. Very few car dealers would put this amount of effort in.

The gentleman that owns the dealership was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help us in every way. When the car broke down the day after we got it. He went out of his way to help us and even organised that the car got sorted out at his own expense the next day.

My VW Polo is my first vehicle and I've fallen in love with it. I would not change a thing, my experience driving the car has been amazing. Ishy handled everything perfectly and I would highly recommend Harrison Street Motor to family and friends.

Although the clutch failed on my way home, I’m really pleased with how Harrison Street Motors handled the situation. The VW had to go back twice, but they replaced the entire clutch system in the end, which completely resolved the issue. I’m happy with the service and the way it was handled.

From the moment I found Harrison Street Motors is has been nothing short of simple and straightforward. Ishy who was helping me, was really professional and friendly exactly what you want when buying a car. The BMW I ended up choosing is spot on! I would be happy to recommend this dealership to my friends and family and I would keep this dealer in mind if I was on the look out for another car.
