I had a great experience all round, this was only my second car purchase ever, and the first time I was buying a car for me to drive. It wasn't daunting in the slightest, Ishy was able to put my mind at ease and answer any single questions I asked, his knowledge was unreal! I felt so well looked after from the moment I walked in. The Ford Fiesta I bought is running perfectly well, its a nice little car and suits my needs perfectly! Bought a car with one year’s warranty, 1500 miles later (5 weeks) notice a fault. Warranty company won’t honour repair saying that fault was long term (worn out turbo) which means car was sold with fault. Dealer initially offered help when he answered call and since ignoring me. Warranty worthless, dealer unscrupulous, me left with a £1600 bill. Avoid this place.
