Consistently poor customer service. This dealership in particular seek to blame the customer for issues with their cars, avoid warranty work and contributions. Since covid they sold their fleet of courtesy cars to boost their bottom line, further aided by reduced costs providing such a service. As a result it's a two month wait for a courtesy car. Our car spent almost a month sat waiting for a part (on back order due to regular failings across the VAG group) - The car was returned to us with a dinged door and chipped paint. It took them two weeks to respond addressing the damage, and told us we would have to pay half the repair. Despite owning many Audis, this will be our last! Primarily as a result of the service provided by Harrogate Audi, which does not put the customer first, and only makes you feel that any issues with your car are of your own making. The Service Manager who has been there for the last 13 years of my Audi ownership, whilst discussing issues we had with binding brake callipers on a new car, declared "Im no expert, so couldnt remark on the excessive & uneven wear and tear of your brakes".... Well, if the service manager of that duration doesnt understand basic principals of a cars braking system, god help the "Technicians" that work under him, and on customers cars! That just sums up the dealerships technical know how, and problem solving. A Brand & Dealership to avoid!

I have just purchased my eighth Audi and cannot recommend Harrogate Audi highly enough. Their professional service is exemplary and the personal help and advice from Jonathan Harwood was invaluable. Definitely a place to try.

Awful Experience! After being told a car part replacement was 100% covered under my warranty by THIS dealership several times, I was then slapped with a £600+ bill and told that it was rejected by warranty. There was 0 communication nor apology by this dealership and to be honest I was disgusted about how it was dealt with. I will be taking this further, Audi should be ashamed for the shocking standards at this dealership.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received at Harrogate Audi when purchasing my Q2. Nothing was to much trouble for Leo Sherratt and Tom Hough when trying to find the particular car I wanted, When collecting my new car Chris Tanner took me through the hand over explaining everything I needed to know about my car. Just bought a used Q3 black edition for my wife and was very impressed by Alastair Hickey who looked after us throughout the sales process. He was very attentive and responded quickly and clearly to any questions whether face to face or email.

Went to buy 2 Cars from Harrogate Audi had great customer service every time we walked into the garage and after sales was good as well. Thanks James Gardiner for looking after us.

Poor service, once they have sold a car they couldn't care less. Sold us a used Audi with no locking wheel nut tool or compressor and when we rang to complain they just said. Oh well we will just have to order them. We are still waiting! The salesman pestered us to give him a 5 star review when we bought the car but was very complacent when we rang him later.
