Went into the showroom with a view to purchasing a 30,000 car at Harry Fairbairn BMW in Giffnock and asked about a car I had seen advertised , All I got was we don’t have that one and then basically nothing no alternative offered and no interest in showing anything else . lost a sale from me decided to buy a Volvo instead.

MMMMMMMMMM MMService dept is a joke supposedly serviced my car then tried to charge me for warranty work don’t waste your time and money on Harry Fairbairn BMW in Giffnock, incompetent.

Only gave Harry Fairbairn BMW in Giffnock one star as can't give zero. Absolute disgrace, tried to extort money out of me for 'investigate' work on my Z4 when the work should've been done under warranty. Then lied, then threatened me with legal action if I didn't remove the car from their garage. So called their bluff, car still in their dealership and now taking legal action against them. HARRY FAIRBAIRN IS OWNED BY ARNOLD CLARK. That sentence alone should tell you all you need to know. Avoid like the plague. Absolute scammers and conmen. Will never buy another BMW or use Arnold Clark again ever. Google Harry Fairbairn reviews and see how badly they score . You have been warned.

Car ordered from Harry Fairbairn BMW Giffnock in Dec 18 for Jan/Feb delivery...nearly May now still waiting!

Traveled from Edinburgh to Glasgow to test drive an i3 at Harry Fairbairn BMW, which broke just after a mile into the test drive. then looked at a 1 series and they did have a good deal on the car and my part exchange deal was great. 2018 plate with only 55 miles on it. after taking the car back to Edinburgh i got a check engine management light. called up BMW emergency service who were fantastic and they fixed the issue and said if it comes up again to give them a call. It came up again the next day and called Harry Fairbairn, to speak to the person who sold me the car. after telling them the issues, they just seemed not to be bothered at all and said its under warranty and speak to a local garage. REALLY disappointed with the after service . never had such issues with other BMW garages. 2 cars that i drove at Harry Fairnbairn had issues and aftercare is non existing. Will speak to branch manager and hoping its not a major problem with the car when it gets checked out in Edinburgh. Don't think i will go back there again. ruined the experience of getting a new car.

I have never ever received customer service so poor in my entire life as i did Harry Fairbairn Giffnock BMW. You can clearly see this is an Arnold Clark franchise. I waited 3 days without a call back to get a window wiper replaced. When I called back I was told a manager would call. Ended up getting a service advisor calling. Attitudes are appalling. Receptionist doesn't know how to put a call on mute and you can hear everything being said to other colleagues and customers. Avoid at all costs.

Took Harry Faribairn Giffnock BMW over a year and a half to send me a v5 meaning I was not the registered keeper and any insurance policy would be voided, they then said it was not their fault, audi it is for me!

I was mislead into a situation where I thought I was going to buy a car from this dealer. I was told that by paying 89£ I could get the car send up to me so I could test drive it before I maybe wanted to buy this car. I told about my situation, that was my very busy days, that included 7 days of work and my arrival to Scotland 9 month ago. So when I got a decline on the finance I talked to the manger that straight away told me that it had never been a option to get it up for a test drive unless I would buy it. So my result of being in contact with this dealer is that I didn’t got a car despite my good income, I got declined on finance which is on my name in the system now and that is after she even put in that I had lived in Scotland for 5 years instead of only 9 month. So absolutely no good service and no will to get to a good solution that could have been a benefit for both parts. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. It is the most absurd experience I have ever had.

Salesman at Harry Fairbairn BMW in Giffnock was not sure of the technical questions or willing to find out the answers. Less than impressed with the eye for detail of a 6 month old bmw that should be quality inspected, 2 scuffed alloys scratches on bumper and side skirt that have to be painted. Had the car a week and now it will be off the road to have these issues addressed. Organise Communicate and prepare. OCP! I will return with my review on the repairs and service.

I took my BMW to this garage, due to it leaking oil constantly. They kept us waiting around for 5 hours, charged me £100 for looking at it but couldn't find any leak apparently. I've recently taken the car to another garage, who told me it was 'the worst collection of oil leaks they'd ever dealt with! The car has been fixed now for only slightly more than Harry Fairbairn charged for messing about for 5 hours! Oh & the entire job took them one & a half hours.
