My car went in for an electrical fault and was told it would be £162 to diagnose the problem.They promised to keep us updated in regards to the matter.They then called to ask for further 5 hours labour to locate and repair the fault and again told us they would update us. We had to call and get update to be told no one available but the next day they called for more labour a further 3 hours and when i questioned it i met nothing but lies and pathetic excuses and when i got trading standards involved they just brushed it off i tried to complain to head office and again another load of rubbish this garage and company have no morals or conscience about lying and taking money from customers as for customer services i would receive more respect and courteous manners from Monkeys at a tea party in the end the stole £1,458 for a broken wire they really have no respect for customers and do not care about them either and as for taking peoples hard earned cash well they have no morals in this regard either i would strongly recommend if you want your car fixed and keep your cash stay well clear

Sold my car through the Arnold Clark online selling tool. Turned up to Harry Fairbairn Mini in Giffnock for my pre arranged appointment to be informed the staff memeber has gone home. Asked to speak to a manager about it and was met with total disinterested. Finally go back to speak with someone the next day and the online valuation has been brought down by around half. You would need to keep your car in bubble wrap to get anywhere near the given value. Shocking service.

After being told by Harry Fairburn Mini in Giffnock my car was ready i showed up to my shock it in fact wasnt. I am now in my 9th day without my car and counting. And the service that i received on my arrival was below basic as to why it hadnt been inspected .

I am over 60, and my Mini was almost two weeks outside of its warranty, it was first registered 31 Dec 2013. I wanted to put on it's winter tyres, and the car was due a service, it had covered 5,100 miles. I couldn't get the locking bolts undone, so I asked HARRY FAIRBAIRN's to loosened the bolts, apparently it's a common problem. HARRY FAIRBAIRN's charged me £132 pounds to loosen four bolts on my wheels. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!
