Apparently to test drive a car from this dealer you have to commit to buying the car! a test drive will then be granted as a functional test of the vehicle, getting the car dirty is a consideration for this dealer when making a sale, so they require the sale on site of there wonderfully clean vehicles. Waste of my time.

Hartford automotive were very knowledgable about thier cars, especially BMW which was great as that's what I wanted. Their service was fantastic, really pleasant buying experience from start to finish!

I received terrible service at Hartford Automotive. Went for a test drive in a car and liked everything and was happy to proceed until getting back to the office to find out that it only had one service stamp in the book when it was advertised as having a history. I displayed my worries and was given nothing but rudeness and lies. Told that not all garages stamp the books when doing a service when I know they clearly do. Then when I inquired about a different car he got even more angry and told me that he doesn't sell to idiots. Not good car sales in my opinion and I would not recommend Hartford Automotive as you can tell.
