I had no problems with the service I received from Jack (the salesman), and so far everything with my BMW 1 Series seems to be running fine.

The guys were super friendly, efficient and professional. I don't know a huge amount about cars but I felt confident buying there.

The wife drives the Land Rover Discovery Sport mainly but I haven't heard any complaints, so I'm happy with it. 5 out of 5 for the guys at the dealership. Ellis was responsive on emails, and the process was smooth.

4 stars only because I had an issue when I first owned the car, so I had to take it back to the showroom, but they were quick to get the issue fixed and it seems to be running better now. Mo was the salesman that looked after me and he was really nice, super helpful and I've got no complaints.

I wouldn't change anything about my visit to Hartington Motors Ltd. I came to see the BMW Alpina that they had up for sale and Harry was the salesman that looked after me. He was quick to offer a test drive in the car and even gave me the best route to take, as I wasn't from the area. There was a missing part from the car, but Harry got this sorted really quickly. There were no delays throughout the sale.
