Great car nice people would have been a 5 if I didn't have to come back to get some bits done, but all in all a great place for prestige cars.

I would rate it as a 5. Because you did everything I asked and kept me updated and even delivered my car for free.

I'm a first-time buyer at Hartington Motors and everything went smoothly. Jack was the salesman, and he was absolutely fine to deal with throughout. I purchased the Vauxhall Insignia, and it's been a great car. I'm really enjoying it.

Both the customer service on the day and my Ford Focus have been very good. I haven't had any issues up to now.

Other than there being a small issue with a scratch on the side, which I didn’t notice until a week later because I bought it online, it's been great, and I'm enjoying it. Hopefully, it’s something that can be sorted with a touch-up pen. Other than that, the whole process was easy and smooth. The dealership had great communication, and the car was delivered on time.

Hartington Motors Ltd are marvellous. I went back today as I needed a bulb replaced, and they did it free of charge as well as agreeing for me to bring my car back to get the rubbers replaced around my window screen. The team are genuinely nice guys, I found them to always be honest and helpful before and after the sale. I can’t thank them enough for their service. They even offered me a courtesy car while mine was getting work done, they really go above and beyond for their customers. Harry assured me that no matter how big or small the issue, I should always get in touch. That kind of service is rare these days. I’d give them 10 out of 10 if I could. I’ve already recommended them to others, and I’ll continue to do so. Highly recommend.
