There's nothing I think the lads could have done any different to be honest. I come up with my lad and after a quick look around the car, I was happy to take it. The salesman explained all of the difference finance options and even saved me some money. Above and beyond service.

I'm 100% happy with my Jaguar XF and with the customer service I received from Jack and Mo. I can't think of anything they did wrong while I was at the dealership. All of my questions were answered and the car was well presented. It was everything you'd want from a company.

Mo you were fantastic while I was making my purchase! He was really nice, which straight away made the interaction a nice one. He showed me around the car, but there was no hard sell, he was just happy to show me around it. I went ahead with the car but in the end my husband picked it up and even he mentioned how nice the customer service was. My husband mentioned the handover was nice and smooth, with no delays.

This is my 5th Mazda 6. I'm very familiar with the car but I was looking for a specific model online which is when I came across the one advertised at Hartington. So I put a deposit down to secure it before heading down. I delt with both Jack and Ellis when I was enquiring about the car, both of which provided great customer service. Even though I'm familiar with the car I still took it on a quick test drive before going ahead with it. It's been a great car since.

Everything seems alright with my Volvo V70, I'm due to take it out on a long run in the coming weeks so we will see how it gets on. It was a very easy process because I've got a trade policy so I was able to take the Volvo straight away and left my car at the dealership.
