I use my car every day for the long commute into work and it is running well. The sales team were very good at being on the other end of the phone when I had any questions.

It was my first time putting a deposit on a car that I didn't see in person. I think it was Jack who handled my enquiry about the car, he was very informative about the car and I though he had good communication throughout. As I got the car online, I didn't find that I had much contact with people at the dealership but I'm happy with the customer service I did receive. I had the car delivered after I was happy to go ahead with it and when it was delivered, this was the first time I test drove it and I was very happy with it. I don't give full marks as I believe everything has room for improvement.

10/10 for me as this dealership was very good.

Since having my Nissan Juke the car has been amazing! I'm really enjoying the drive. Jack couldn't of done enough for me while I was at this dealership.

Everything is going really well with the car since I purchased it just over a month ago. I've taken a lot of long trips in the car, and it runs great. The salesman who sold me the car was Jack, he was so great to work with! He allowed us to take our time and not rush into a decision.

So far, I've had no issues with the car, I haven't been out in it much since purchasing it but for the time I have been out in the car it has been amazing to drive and I love it. It was Mo who looked after me and his customer service is on another level, he was there to answer any questions I had about the cars, he would answer every single one, he made me feel very relaxed even though it can be stressful car shopping. I really can't praise him highly enough he is a great ambassador for this company!! Once all the paper work went through and he mentioned that it would be himself who was delivering the car, I was over the moon just because I got to see him again. He was a pleasure to deal with and if I ever need another car, I will be back to Mo in a flash! Thanks Mo, you're the best salesman I met to date!

Both Ellis and Jack were great to work with and really went above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. They also kept me well informed along the way, I was always updated and never left in the lurch with anything. I have had a couple of issues with the central locking on the driver’s side but as soon as I made them aware of this, they were quick to get it booked into the garage for it to be taken a look at, you can't get fairer than that. Both the customer service and the car are bang on. I couldn't be happier.

Service was fantastic. When we went to look at the car the guy could not do enough for us and the guy that delivered the car sat down and went through everything with me in fine detail... definitely a 10 for service.

What a belting time I had at this dealership! The team were excellent, and I'm impressed with the quality of cars that this garage had on offer but I had to go for the Ford Focus ST for its sporty look and of course for the performance the car has to offer. I really couldn't think of any room for improvement from this dealership as everything was super quick and bob on! I'm over the moon with the car and can't fault whatsoever!
