Goes without saying these clowns are absolutely inept, and based on the evidence which I accrued during my time dealing with them, I could most likely have seen them prosecuted if I had decided to...absolute joke, I sincerely hope that they go bankrupt.

I was actually thinking of purchasing a car from this company don't think I will now .thanks for the helpful reviews .the thing I can't get my head round is I live 2 minutes away from the dealership so always driving past .they have some beautiful cars on there forecourt. Brought a car I couldn’t tax they sent me off to a post office to try only for me to find it isn’t possible due to you needed the log book which they happened to not have. To apply for a log book it takes 4 weeks meaning you have no tax during this window they suggested i can drive the vehicle. The DVLA will not allow you to without the vehicle being sorn first which means you obviously cannot drive the vehicle. On top of this you I overpaid on the deposit was told I would receive it within a day or two. Just short of a week later and countless ignored messages i had to pop in to request it met with sorrys and blagging which id received through the messages before. Don’t use them they will have you over!

Took £100,deposit on car , spoke with three different staff ,all passing the buck and saying deposit will be refunded...had to get bank and trading standards involved ..still not sorted !! Totally dishonest and tbh disappointed with myself as I didn't believe reviews on Web...Believe them as they are true . Couldn't lie straight in bed completely incompetent and dishonest company ..STEER WELL CLEAR

Steve the 'Manager' isn't a man of his word, do not trust anything that comes from his mouth. Adrian the most unhelpful, arrogant salesman I have ever met. Check the consistent issues evident on nearly all of the reviews, excluding the fake ones that are on here, and don't trust a word that they say. It's all rubbish.

Quite Happy with the car I brought from them apart from needing a little dealer only job doing which I was told to get done and submit the invoice for. I'm still waiting for payment 2 weeks later and they haven't settled my old HP in my trade in after a month! I was wary after reading the reviews but they had the best car I'd seen in a 50 mile radius so decided to chance it. Like any car dealer, I wouldn't trust them as far I could throw them

Plenty of lies

have brought many cars over my years and visited many car dealership from Bentley to a back street place but lost please WOW what a confusing place you have a mix of super cars and cars you wouldn’t let your worst enemy drive and the not to be rude but the salesman must be on day release because there lack of Intelligence and knowledge is a joke I asked to drive a car and the salesman said are you going to buy it if you drive it !! Erm what’s the point of a test drive I said and he said the big boss do let us drive the Prestige stock I am guessing as it was 17:30 he didn’t want to help me !! Very rude very unprofessional and just a massive mess of a site, vile bad language coming from the side office too, very Disappointing as drove a long way… didn’t even get offered a drink and was told wouldn’t want your old car as boss don’t like expensive part exchange.
