have brought many cars over my years and visited many car dealership from Bentley to a back street place but lost please WOW what a confusing place you have a mix of super cars and cars you wouldn’t let your worst enemy drive and the not to be rude but the salesman must be on day release because there lack of Intelligence and knowledge is a joke I asked to drive a car and the salesman said are you going to buy it if you drive it !! Erm what’s the point of a test drive I said and he said the big boss do let us drive the Prestige stock I am guessing as it was 17:30 he didn’t want to help me !! Very rude very unprofessional and just a massive mess of a site, vile bad language coming from the side office too, very Disappointing as drove a long way… didn’t even get offered a drink and was told wouldn’t want your old car as boss don’t like expensive part exchange.

No communication, lied about work carried out on the car I bought and delivered without the agreed warranty. I have had better service from a backstreet car sales than this supposed prestige dealer. AVOID

Terrible service, messaged to look at an RS5 came to view and was in dire condition, warning lights etc. When asked to test drive it I was instantly and rudely spoken to. Drove an hour to see the car. Avoid these clowns.

Bought a used car here full of issues, had to spend a thousand on repairs, no call backs - once they've got your money good luck, constantly having to call for updates, always speaking to different people due to huge staff turn over. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere legit.

Despite spending almost £30K on a car as soon as I drove away they haven't wanted to know. The battery has been flat since before we bought it, but hoping it was just because it hadn't been run for a while we accepted it might charge itself and all would be OK. It didn't but no matter how many times I phone them, no calls are ever returned and each time I'm asked who I spoke to, when etc when I make sure I speak to the same guy every time! Similarly the car has a coolant leak but they're no interested in sorting this either, even though this was all raised within the specified warranty period. I've ended up going to a specialist centre to get it done at my own expense which I really shouldn't have had to. The car also has some strange sticky goo covering the gear flaps and the starter button when I collected it - I don't think much of their valeters! And lastly they forgot to give me the car's manual, service record etc and despite being told they'd ordered a replacement from the manufacturer, 3 months on I still don't have anything. Just no aftersales service at all. Sadly I won't be buying from them again.
