Purchased a vehicle from them, nothing wrong with the vehicle but the aftersales is extremely poor, The key was faulty within the first week of purchase to the point of not being able to lock the vehicle and unable to start the car and it took them 6 months of constant pursuing them to get this sorted, within this time it was constant excuses as to why it has not been done. No log book has been received still 7 months on from purchasing the vehicle, again excuses made, saying they had done the application online, saying it takes 12 weeks from the DVLA. Even when the DVLA stated to us that it does not and has not been taking that long and DVLA stated no application has been made. Now being told by Harveys autos to apply for the log book myself via v62 and expected to pay for this as they did not provide us with the new keeper slip! We would not purchase a vehicle from them as the aftersales is shocking!

Purchase a Porsche Cayenne from Harveys , dealings was good and the car was fully valeted and mopped when I collected the car . Even put some fuel in for me so I wouldnt have to stop on the way home , replaced two tyres and full MOT as promised ! deffinately reccomend these lads at Harveys ,
My initial dealings with Steve at Harveys Autos were not bad. It was during the pandemic so they offered a hands free service where they drop the car off to you and they take the signed logbook back and send it off their end. This is where the trouble started. My car never turned up when it was supposed to be delivered so i had to ring up as they had forgotten about it. It was then delivered to the wrong address despite the fact i had sent the address via whatsapp as requsted. Then a couple of months went by and my car tax on the car i part exed had not been returned. I tried in vain to get hold of the DVLA finally getting hold of someone after 2 days of trying to be told that Steve hadent sent the logbook in or told the DVLA online that i had sold the car. I realise that the seller is supposed to do this but i believed them as a company when they told me they would do this for me. I asked Steve on at least four different occasions if he would confirm sending the logbook off which he told me every time that he had. I contacted the DVLA for a second time and they confirmed he still had not sent it in. He lied about sending the logbook in on four seperate occasions. When he finally sent it in it was that late that i had lost over £50 worth of car tax. If he had just been honest with me and tried to sort it out i wouldnt be writing this review but to be lied to blatently by someone you are trusting to do their job correctly just isnt on. I would avoid this business and particulary Steve at all costs. I will certainly not be buying anouther car from this company. And if you are reading this make sure you send your logbook off dont let them do it as once you have purchased a car from ythem they couldnt care less about you

Do not buy from these unless your after zero customer service, zero calls back and zero aftercare. Steve shows zero interest to customers not shown around car, no handover and no aftercare with unresolved issues. Would not recommend anyone use this dealership!
Bought a vehicle from them. Before collection stated they would carry out a service. Few days after collection oil light comes on, checked level and no oil and def no leak. Went back to dealership and confronted them and they said they thought it had been done!!! said they would take vehicle back and carry out the promised service. Told them I didn't want to ill arrange for service and send them the bill which the agreed both verbally and in writing. 4 months alter the still have not paid up now going through small claims. Also just found out that the AA warranty on the vehicle as I need to claim for a faulty part is on hold they are having accounting issues with Harveys Autos.
I called in yesterday to swap my ageing Bmw for a newer model I saw a polite tall salesman who showed me the car I was interested in a newer 3 series in white , I asked if I could take it now as I’d travelled a long way , within the hour the car was ready valeted already had a long MOT and he even got me a better finance deal than the AA . He looked after me and my wife and we are delighted with our new purchase . A friendly no push purchase . Deffinately reccomend these and will use again when this bmw becomes older
ive got to say what a great bunch of guys that work there, they delivered me my car at no expense due to the covid19 and being worried about travelling. Great car really happy

Do not buy from these guys. Promises of return call back and resolution of issues not kept, warranties are an insurance rip off ie. Excess or £50 then they only provide a max £300 worth of repair. Spare key did not work. (Never resolved despite several calls & visits) Starter Motor intermittent. (Garage found loose and bolt missing). Intermittent electrical issues. (on going) Left remarks on their site, then promised a call back, yet again No call back. My Review has since been removed from their site!

Bought a new car for my daughter last week, we found the staff very knowledgeable, honest, I had finance and was given many options for payments. she is super pleased and I would definitely recommend to others.
Went to view a car at Harveys Autos after driving all over the pot hole car park after reading reviews don't think I will bother sounds like no afters ales and leave you with a bad car if anything goes wrong thank goodness for reviews I read.
