It was quite a journey for us to view the vehicle but they made us an appointment no problem. Totally left to your own devices to inspect and test drive. But still on hand to answer your questions But the best part the best part was the aftercare Paul was first class got back to you when he said he would as did all the staff absolutely first class service

I have not had a problem buying my Kia Picanto 2 from Harvey's car centre. The process was quick and easy and up to now I have had no problems with the car. all of the dealers were really helpful and friendly the car was a good price. I would recommend this dealership.

We purchased a used Skoda from these guys and couldn't of been happier with the service we received. They fitted a new cambelt free of charge and put a new tyre on the rear. I would definitely use them again.
I bought a used vw golf from Harvey's car centre with a 3 month warranty. It turned out to have a faulty radiator which was leaking. I took the car back and they had their mechanics look at it and told me it was a connector to the rad and they would fit another. Off I went but the same thing happened again. They told me the second time they needed to fit a new radiator, but they lied to me and tried to bodge it to save money, not fitting a new radiator. When I finally took it to my local garage they fitted a new radiator and I saw the bodge - they had attempted to melt plastic to stop the leaking. They owe me a lot of petrol going back and forth and the cost of a radiator. Don't buy from Harveys Car Centre.

This is interesting as we spend a lot of money getting our cars to a high standard and have run our garage in this way for the last 10 years, taking pride in our work. We do get problems with our cars but always go the extra mile to fix them at our own considerable expense. Neither myself or any member of our team would lie to a customer and claim to have carried out work when that has not been the case. Furthermore following this review (the only bad one that we have ever had) we have checked our records extensively and found that we have never had anyone called "Ben" buy a VW golf from our garage,
Purchased a Fiesta last weekend for our daughter, staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to meet some decent honest people who couldn't do enough for us.
A relaxed non pushy attitude to sales and a rarely found top notch after sales service. Not every used car will be perfect but these guys bent over backwards to fix an intermittent problem. Nice to find an honest stand up dealer. Will be recommending to family and friends.
