the branch responded to my enquiry for a low mileage used A4 very efficiently. A test drive was organised the same day and I was fully briefed on the design and performance characteristics which enabled me to make an informed choice. A suitable example was then located in your Portsmouth branch and was offered for approval within a couple of days.
