VERY disappointed in the non-existent aftercare. I recently purchased an F Type from this dealership. My issues started after returning home with the vehicle and handwashing it for the first time a week or so later, whereby I discovered: 1. Damage to the bumper which I had been highlighted to me and which I told specifically had been dealt with in the body shop. 2. Damage to the centre console carpet trim which has come away to expose a hole next to the driver side belt clasp. 3. A faulty SIM card reader that had glitched in the forecourt but had been "fixed" before I left continues to show error messages preventing me from using the Sat Nav. Despite my emails and calls seeking help and a resolution, I have been fobbed off and ignored. I let slide the fact that this car has been pulled apart and put back together again, and I forgave the fact that it was GROSSLY over-priced, but what I will NOT forgive is being treated with such disrespect when I seek solutions to problems such as these. If I don't get everything fixed in the next 7 days, I will be returning the car and cancelling my finance agreement, REGARDLESS of what this dealership say in response - it will be parked on the forecourt and they can sing for their supper. And until these issues are fixed PROPERLY, I would NEVER recommend Harwoods in Crawley. Of all the dealerships in the country, I'm certain you can find one who will treat you like human being and not just a cash cow. Disgraceful.

I was dealt with in a very professional manner and all aspects of the sale were explained to me at every stage, in fact I had a few questions and these were answered immediately to my satisfaction.
Travelled 250 miles to view a used jaguar its presentation was poor, dirty and fuel tank virtually empty resulting in a short test drive round the corner. Shortage of sales staff seem to be a major issue and appear very demotivated i will not be buying a car from here.
Terrible service. I get the impression that they are inventing problems so they can charge me for work. They recalled my car to replace a part recalled by warranty. They then told me after checking it was not JLR part even though I’d brought the car off them brand new 18 months ago. Would avoid them

Harwoods excelled themselves today - went in as AdBlue was low and they just booked me in straightaway and topped up the tank. Thanks to Luke Robinson and the service department...

I had a very unpleasant experience with Harwoods Edenbridge. 3 months later I took my car to Harwoods Crawley for part exchange The salesman Simon Waterman was exceptional,I wasn’t really sure what I wanted he was such a help offering advice. Much better salesman than the ones that are so pushy.No hesitation to go back to Crawley. Thank you Simon

This Friday I will be returning my Range Rover Sport Autobiography. When I purchased the car I was incredibly excited. The drive was amazing. Probably the best I had experience. Unfortunately it did not last. A constant array of issues. 25 `+ visits to Harwoods and an additional 5 call outs at home created an enormous amount of frustration. It sucked the enjoyment of owning a Range Rover. This issue has been massively compounded by the utter appalling service of Harwoods and especially their principle Patrick Lake. Patrick said `' You will never be happy with the reliability of the Ranger Rover, so I should buy a different brand. He was clearly battle weary and just gave up on me. I hear Lewes Harwoods is shutting down which based on the service I received is probably a good solution. It has been a remarkably unpleasent experience dealing with Land Rover Jaguar and Harwoods. I have just purchased a Q8 from Eastbourne Audi which was a great experience and will never return Harwoods.
Harwoods Crawley is the worst car retailer I have ever dealt with, not surprised 33% of their reviewers on trustpilot rate them as "terrible".
