Harwoods Jaguar Crawley where do I start? Customer service from all staff is outstanding, extremely friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel like you’re the main priority and a personal friend. I could not recommend Gary Coughlan (Jaguar sales) enough. Walking into the show room with very little idea of what I actually wanted, Gary and I had a long conversation about what I liked, disliked and needs to which we had narrowed it down to some fabulous examples of what I wanted. We managed to find a perfect car for me which within days was ready and at the dealership and on Christmas Eve I picked it up! Best Christmas present ever! Gary’s extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Very much on my wave length, funny and genuinely cares about you, your needs and has unlimited hot chocolate! Everything I’ve asked, wanted or needed has been answered/attended to without question and without delay. The car itself has been back for a service, spray and a quick repair which again was effortless, perfect service. I will most certainly be back (knowing me very soon) for the next one and I cannot think of a better person to help me find it! Huge thank you to Gary and all the staff at Harwoods! See you soon 😜

Excellent service from the team at Harwoods Crawley Jaguar.
Harwoods Crawley is a stunning dealership with a good sales experience - a couple of minor niggles when I collected the car which were sorted promptly.
Recently purchased a new Range Rover through Harwoods of Crawley. This company turned what should have been a pleasant experience into a frustrating and worrying one. The lady dealing with the purchase did not appear to have any knowledge of the product she was promoting, to the extent that we had to email her, on more than one occasion, extracts from Range Rover literature to convince her that the specification she quoted was not for the car we were purchasing. This resulted in the person concerned having a strop and refusing to communicate with us by email, voicemail or telephone. A phone call to a different member of staff confirmed that she was present at her desk when we attempted to contact her. We had to resort to contacting other personnel in the office to obtain any information on the car we were purchasing. We had to give instructions to Harwoods transport dept. to deliver the new car to Farnell Land Rover, to oversee the installation of a tracker system due to the fact we had completely lost confidence in Harwoods. This is by far one of the worst cases of customer care I have encountered in years, especially as the product concerned was in the tens of thousands of pounds. We would never again wish to have any dealings with Harwoods, especially after the excellent service received from Farnell of Nelson, who were completely the opposite in every respect, and nothing being too much trouble. Have now used three locations, Pulborough, Hove and Crawley. They are consistently poor at all locations. My car goes in and comes out not fixed or new faults. I have little knowledge of fixing cars, but it seems they connect to a computer and can only do what the computer tells them. Have just spent over £5000 and my car has now two new faults. I will try to find an other garage as and I quote a comment from Hove, “We do not know about your Range Rover as we used to be Frosts”.
very poor service and not really customer focused. You wouldnt think you are buying a brand new prestigious car and would expect at least a minimum. I had better service when I had a low spec car elsewhere. One time I sent my car for MOT and Servicing, despite the car had a fault with it, they could not find anything. One time when they finished washing my car, they scratched it and pretended nothing happened. Also valeting and not cleaning the boot.
1.When my car failed it's first MOT, they tried to charge me £890 to replace 4 "split" tyres with known faults which Goodyear/dunlop have agreed to replace free of charge. 2. When I went to collect my car, they had not re tested it. I had to wait. 3. They promised a complimentary valet, but did not clean the boot. 4. They were supposed to fix the rear seal release/lock at the same time. They did not. 5. I now await a call back from the service dept for a rebook. She promised to call back in 10 minutes. 45 minutes and counting. I have had no apology from anyone else at Harwoods.
Other than selling me a car - which I can get from anywhere - it was not that great an experience. They are really missing a trick from the customer contact point of view. I am very happy with the car but would certainly go to another dealer in future
