Red warning light meant I had to take the car to Harwoods Land Rover Croydon immediately . As always with these things precisely the wrong timing for me ! However Karen Murphy gave me a sympathetic hearing and said she would do her best without any promises . 6 hours later the car was fixed , cleaned and ready to collect . Karen was fantastic ! She was spot on with the communication very customer focused and professional yet a delight to deal with . Thank you Karen and of course jaguar Land Rover !

My car went to Harwoods Land Rover in coulsdon and had a fault with it I saw Paul in service and he was very professional and helpful and kept me updated while my car was there they fixed my car and got it back and it drove like new again and was lovely and clean I would definitely recommend Harwoods in coulsdon thank you Harwoods and thank you Paul.

Without doubt Harwoods Land Rover in Croydon is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with - quite an achievement from a Land Rover dealer, but Harwoods win the crown! My experience was a long and painful one, but I can only say that, in trying to buy a car from them, I experienced nothing but broken promises, evasion and outright bull excreta! In the end I chose to cancel my purchase and bought my Range Rover elsewhere. I did try writing to bring the issues to the attention of the dealer principal (I had this crazy idea that he might be interested to hear how poor they were), but I was not at all surprised to find that my complaint was ignored. I'd give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a Range Rover evouqe from this garage has broken down continuously since I purchase !!! This garage acts like they are doing you a favour when they fix this faulty vehicle . Never again . Staff couldn't care less. All about the £££££.

Well where do I begin....I feel as if I've been singled out when I've taken my car to Harwoods Land Rover in Croydon. Got my car back today after getting a phone call this morning telling me my car is ready and they will wash if prior to me collecting. They then call me and tell me that they can deliver the car which they did, but when the car was delivered it was not washed.....last time the car was in Harwoods they were meant to wash it but as I'd been waiting a while and had an appointment they told me they owed me a wash. I had to wait about 4 weeks for an appointment because I requested a loan car and when I took my car in early on the day I was told the loan car had a issue and the car was being tested but should be ready soon. I left with my car about hour later, as they couldn't get me another loan car and couldn't fix the fault on the loan car. Fast forward 3 days later and I get a call saying the loan car should be ready this afternoon and the service manager said she'd call me back to confirm. Well she didn't call back that day but instead called next day saying they'd managed to get another loan car for me as there was still issues with the other one. I found this unacceptable that this is how valued customers are treated. Other issues I've had with Harwoods have been. Getting car back and rear seats have been left down Car going in 3 times for same fault. Being told by separate Jaguar dealer that there's a recall on tyres and Harwoods not aware of it. I don't intend to use Harwoods Croydon in the future....I've heard Lancaster Jaguar in Sevenoaks is good so will give them a try.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Been fobbed off all the time. They have had my car for nearly 2 weeks & not even repaired it yet. God knows what they've been. Doing with it. Waiting for Roddy to call me back after calling at 8.30am & again at 11am & still no call. Totally unimpressed with the service & they never fix My brand new car!
