Just purchased my second used Lexus from Hatfield Lexus. Customer Service is brilliant just as attentive and caring as buying a new car. Najim was helpful in every respect in dealing with my purchase and sorting very minor issues to my satisfaction.

Professional and honest service. My old Lexus has been taken to Hatfield Lexus for close to ten years as I trust them. Dale has been the main person I have dealt with and he is frank and honest which is reassuring. I can’t recommend them enough.

I've been lied to 3 times when I asked during the purchase process that the car has only had 1 owner since new, but after I purchased the car and received the certificate, I've noticed the number of previous owners was 2. Lexus stated this will not affect the price of the car. I disagree Air conditioning not working, found out after buying the car. I've been told the car had all of the checks completed(161 in total) and although the air conditioning was on the list, it was not working. This makes me question again the honesty of the Lexus team and checks. During the inspection, I did not notice the dashboard was glued with superglue and the interior had superglue on in a very unaesthetic way. I have been told by Lexus that this is "definitely falls under the parameters of what we deem as acceptable" - again, superglue on the dashboard. During the stage that I have addressed the various issues to the dealer, I've been told that he will arrange and book something in to fix them. Days later been told that nothing will take place. This has happened twice. Very misleading and mixed messages. I am quite surprised on how I was being 'played' by this dealership as I genuinely felt like this. This transaction actually changed the way I see Lexus now - make sure you pay more attention and not be driven by the trust. I am also surprised of what Lexus calls acceptable for an used approved Luxury car car. But lesson learned.

Dropped the car off for service and Dale said it would be ready at 5pm. Dale was very informative regarding the service and also sorted out MOT at same time.
Service booked and carried out as per service plan. As always the car was returned in immaculate condition I have had the car for 21 years from new and the Lexus Hatfield garage has kept it running beautifully throughout. It is a pleasure to deal with the service manager Dale Morton

Dale Morton's Lexus crew have always been extremely efficient and courteous for my servicing needs but this time, after an unavoidable error in the parts supply chain caused multiple visits, went out of their way to ensure by the end of our transaction I was left completely satisfied with every aspect of our interaction. I've never known a dealership - in 35 years of driving - so thoughtful of their customers needs. Thank you

I have owned a Lexus RX450H for 4 years and have it regularly serviced at Lexus Hatfield. Yesterday was the major 60000 mile service, my car was collected at the prescribed time. I was kept informed throughout the day regarding progress and any additional work necessary. My car was delivered promptly fully valeted. The booking process had been very straight forward, everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful and after 45 years driving I don't think I've been better served by any dealership. Well done Dale and your team.
