Dealt with Saf at Hatters. Was bang on from start to finish, had previously been to another dealer who told us a car was not damaged, we then messed around with a 3 hour round trip to see a car that was covered in scratches, dents and broken interior!
Saf was honest right from the beginning advising of any marks on the car (x1) and even providing a video of the car.
This stopped us making yet another long trip down the country!
Picked the car up today which was exactly as he described, whole event took less than 30 mins.

We wanted to part-exchange our Honda CRV for a later version. Saf’s welcoming telephone manner was confirmed when we drove 70 miles to meet him at Hatters. Saf showed us over the vehicle, answered our queries without sales ‘patter’, and made all previous documents available for us to inspect. He spent a lot of time with us and helped us through the vehicle exchange and registration/taxation documentation. There were a couple of minor problems in which he took a personal interest and later followed up by telephone until fully resolved. We wanted the car but Saf’s friendly open attitude, service and personal attention made us feel confident in our purchase.
