Finally I found the perfect Renault Clio which has been a joy to drive. There hasn't been a day since visiting Hatters Car Sales that I haven't used it and it's been perfect for my daily drive into work. After scouring Autotrader for ages, I finally found the exact car with the exact spec I was looking for. On the day to view the car I was greeted on arrival and show straight to the car once I explained which one I had come to see. The service was fantastic from start to finish! They really let me take the lead in making my decision. A solid 5-star experience. Big thanks to the whole team, especially the three gentleman I dealt with.

I've only had my car for a short while, but I've already taken it out for some good drives and put some miles on it already. So far it's been the perfect car with no issues (touch wood). I'm not the best with names, but I believe it was Bobby who assisted me on the day of sale, and he was excellent. I don't have any complaints whatsoever about him. Once I was happy to go ahead with the car, it was time for the dreaded paperwork but he was happy to talk me through everything so I wasn't left with any hidden surprises, which gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership. Just a week into owning my Audi A1, and I'm very happy with it. It's a step up from my Fiat 500, even though the fuel efficiency isn't quite as good, but that's no biggie. My twin sister is happy I've got a new car because she ended up with the Fiat now. This was my first time buying from a dealership with me being 18, so I didn't know what to expect but it all went smoothly and I was made to feel very welcome. The A1 caught my eye right away and as soon as I got handed the keys, my mind was already made up. From start to finish the whole process was nice and relaxed. It was really nice of them to let me take the car out for a test drive on my own, it made it a lot easier to get a feel for the car without someone judging my driving. Once I got back to the dealership I was happy to go ahead with it and since a service was due on the car, they even put give the car a fresh service. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Recently I bought my Toyota CHR, and I couldn't be happier with it. It was my first time checking out this dealership, and I was very surprised because they didn't try any of that high-pressure sales stuff on me, which I was dreading to be honest so it was really appreciated. They gave me the space to look at the car, but the staff were always nearby if I needed anything. I can't think of anything that I would of wanted to go differently about my visit. I've had no end of trouble with my DPF blocking with my previous diesel - They're just not designed for short trips.
