I recently purchased a Kia from Haverhill Car Xchange, and the experience couldn’t have been better. They offered a great price for both my new car and the part exchange on my old one. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking care of everything and making the whole process effortless. The car is in excellent condition throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. This shocking car company have advised a Kia shortage under a false price clearly stated on YouTube the £7995 went to view and the price had increased by £400 absolute, they said they made a mistake but wouldn’t let us off £100 for the terrible company terrible customer service please avoid

I recently purchased my new car from Haverhill Car Xchange. From looking online to eventually visiting the site to look at the vehicles face to face, the whole shopping experience has been a joy. It can be a challenging to find the right vehicle for a long term investment but the guys at Haverhill Car Xchange made the whole process a lot easier for us. We had some questions online before we visited the site which they kindly answered out of hours. When we had an idea of what vehicles we liked and arrange a test drive, we were welcomed with a smile and all our questions were answered in a polite manor. When we decided on the car we had some further questions and actions that were all answers very promptly and all actions were fulfilled. We collected the car recently and are very happy with the purchase, the whole family feels safe in our new car. We would strongly recommended the team at Haverhill Car Xchange.
