I went to Hcs Trading which I struggled to find at first, to buy a Focus St2. When I arrived the owner had the car out ready and clean for me to view, I went ahead and purchased the car as it was exactly what I was looking for. I travelled 2 hours to view the car and I was able to take the car the same day and part exchanged my old car which needed scrapping so I didn’t have to make 2 trips, it was easy from start to finish.

I recently contacted Hcs trading about purchasing a car, I have to say they were very helpful from start to finish, unlike some of the other reviews on here. I'm very pleased with my new car that I purchased and would recommend to anyone to visit there showroom

Never have I come across a more arrogant dealer than HCS Trading, phoned and left a message no reply. then sent a message via eBay also no reply. Left a review (like this) and since then have been inundated with abusive messages threatening me with court action. Trouble for him is the more he has a go at me the more I look for reviews of his service and they all seem to confirm my views, so I just add to them as well so that even more people get to find out where not to go for their next car.

I was after a car for my wife. I spoke to the sales guy who was very polite and seeme to know his stuff. Went to see a couple of cars he recommended and bought one. Nice doing business, I will buy from HCS Trading again.

I saw a Mercedes E Class for sale at HCS Trading, I called to see if the car was still for sale, the car that was advertised had been sold but after speaking to one of the sales guys the had told me that they have another vehicle similar to the one advertised coming into stock soon so they took my details. 3 days later I had a call to say the car had arrived and I was given a brief description over the phone about the car. I decided to view the car to my suprise the car was accuratley described and in my opinion immaculate condition, I dont even think they advertised it as I purchased the car and picked it up the following day after it was fully valeted. and they took my old car in part exchange. I would recommend HCS trading all there cars are presented well and extremley clean, and they were helpful throughout the whole process. I will be going back to HCS Trading to purchase my next car.

Went to view a car from him today and he was extremely rude! The car viewed had a few marks on it and, as in any industry, we asked if he could do a deal on the price (the car had been purposely parked up against the wall so you wouldn't have noticed the marks however we asked him to move it forward so we could fully inspect it) he then literally said 'good luck finding another car, see you later' and walked off! I have never been so insulted and seeing that he makes his living through customers he should at least have some manners. Unless you are going there to buy one of his highly priced motors then he doesn't think you're worth the time. I would never go back to this place and feel so insulted by his attitude that I placed this review.
