Easy from start to finish , friendly and helpful without being pushy - - would recommend

All of the guys at Hearsall Common Car Sales were lovely and helpful. I drove away in a Ford Fiesta and so far it's been great with no issues.

I bought a Ford Focus from Hearsall Common Car Sales, and it’s been absolutely fine, I've not come across any issues so far, and I’m really happy with it. I’m not using it much, I've got no complaints. The customer service was good on the day, there was no messing about, and the whole process was easy. No one’s perfect and I think there is always room for improvement but this was very nearly 5 stars.

Everyone I had the chance to speak to was great. The team is very friendly, and everything got sorted quickly. I did have a problem with the car after a couple of days, as the water pump had leaked but after sorting it with the warranty, it's been repaired and is driving perfectly.

The dealership (Hearsall Common Cars) was worth the 3 hour trip to get my Ford Focus. Everything was made easy when I got there to view the car, it was all ready to go, and the salesman was really helpful. On my way home, about halfway, I did notice that the car had turbo lag. I called the dealership when I got home and they were happy for me to bring the car back, but since reporting the issue, it hasn't happened since.

They helped me with everything I needed, I am very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated with respect, consideration, kindness and professionalism! Honestly I can't fault Hearsall Common Car Sales. This was my first time getting a car from here and from the very start, I thought they were friendly and helpful enough. They even contacted my finance company for me because there was a fee they didn't make me aware of, but the salesman managed to get that removed, which was great. A test drive was offered on the day and once I went ahead with the car, they assured me that if I found any problems to give them a call, but up to now the car has been perfect.

Overall, my experience with Hearsall Common has been positive. The Vauxhall Astra I purchased from them is absolutely brilliant, and I'm very happy with its quality. The customer service was great, and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. I’ve rated my experience 4 stars only because I felt the process could have been a bit quicker, I had hoped to drive away the same day. But sometimes these things can't be helped.

The Ford EcoSport I recently bought from Hearsall Common is for my son, he is really enjoying the car. We were both pleased with the experience and how we were treated. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I'm sure when my sons ready for a upgrade we will check out what Heasall Common have available.
