Happy customer, 5 stars!

I found a car online with Hearsall Common but I live in Burnley so it is a fair distance for me to travel to Coventry, I really liked the car it was a great price and looked in decent condition for its age and mileage. I called and spoke to the salaesman who gave me more information and everything sounded good. I put a holding deposit on the car so they took it off sale for me and I planned my journey down. I didn't have a part exchange so I took the train down to collect the car. I arrived and they let me have a really good look around the car and offered some add on's, one been the extra protection which I took out. Everybody was polite and welcoming a really good customer service from everybody there. I would happily do the travel again to buy from this dealership.

I would rate Hearsall Common Car Sales a 5, the highest mark because I love how they put the car's through the MOT, this way you know the car has been prepped properly and you'll have no issues and all will be fine. I trust this dealership very much. The process highly satisfied me and I am over all happy with the car and the service I received down at this dealership. 5 stars for a very helpful dealership.

Everything is absolutely fine, no issues at all! The car has been absolutely brilliant! All the chaps were a great help, I was really impressed with how easy everything was!

Absolutely brilliant, really sound buying from Hearsall. Car is great, the brakes were a bit worse for wear but they got them sorted for me so can't complain. Definitely recommend.
