My car is brilliant, I'm highly satisfied with the way it drives. Its great!! I'm not too sure what the gentlemen was called that dealt with me but he was the older chap with glasses, he was really good with me, he kept me updated with everything and was very responsive. All the staff at Hearsall were friendly enough and easy to get along with. I can recommend and can confidently say I would use again!

What a fantastic car buying service Hearsall Common Cars provide! When I arrived we discussed budget and criteria, the salesman then showed me and talked me through all the cars they had for the right price. Extremely helpful staff at Hearsall, I bought a fantastic Ford B-Max and it is a great car! There are just a few little things needing to be done to the mirrors but the parts are ordered and the team are on it, I can't believe how courteous they have been. I am blown away. So I don't know if this will resonate with anyone else but being a woman sometimes it can be a little bit intimidating approaching a garage and going through the process of buying a new car. I didn't need to worry though because the guys here were so genuinely lovely, I was put at ease immediately. There was no pushiness and they were very informative.
