After struggling with my Chevrolet Matiz for far too long, I decided it was time for a very overdue upgrade. Due to my past experience and hearing great things about HCCS there was nowhere else I was going to start my search and I am so pleased I did as they didn't disappoint. I am now the proud owner of a Ford Fiesta and I couldn't be happier, I LOVE IT!

My family and I are pleased with the Kuga we bought from you guys, it's running well and suits us perfectly. I must say all the staff was fantastic, extremely helpful and well mannered. I bought the car before I had seen it, so when it was delivered the gent was so patient with me and let me look over the car in my own time with out any pressure. Thanks, Hearsall!

I actually found Hearsalls through my finance company as one of their trusted dealers. This spoke volumes to me, as a finance company wouldn't be recommending a dealer that would cause issues. I can confirm they are great, the staff were lovely and polite, and the car has been great. I am hoping to have the car for a good 5 years, but when the time comes to look for another car, I will most likely consider them in the future.

My last car broke down on the motorway so it has made me really wary about things going wrong with cars in the future. Hearsall Common Car Sales had come up a lot online when I was looking for my last car and I noticed they had good reviews and they were close to me too, I had just never noticed them before. When it came time to get my new one I just went straight to them as I remembered them from my previous searches. I wasn't sure what I was looking for but they were happy to show me around and when I saw the Citreon DS3 I just fell in love with it. I didn't even want a test drive I just knew it was what I wanted. The engine light has come on since but the guys have been so good at getting this sorted for me and have been really reassuring that they will help me out if anything did go wrong which, given my history, was really comforting. They really do just go the extra mile like when I took it back about the engine light, they spotted I had got a scratch on it (somebody had bashed it with a trolley at shopping 😒) and they just got it sorted for me no questions asked!

My car is so important to me as I have to take my daughter to so many hospital appointments so I can't be without it. This meant I was looking for a great car with a fast turnaround time. I spoke to a few garages but there was a massive wait just for the valeting. Hearsall Common Car Sales were like my saviours as they took the time to understand my situation and got the car valeted the same day so there were no delays. They made us feel welcome from the second we arrived even though we probably sounded like tourists with being from so far away. They just gave us such a warm and friendly experience!

I love my new Ford Fiesta! Can't keep me out of it haha. When I was looking where to get my next car I wanted to make sure the place I went had good reviews and plenty of stock to choose from. Hearsall Common Car Sales seemed to fit the bill so even though they were quite far away from me I decided to make the journey. I wasn't disappointed at all, they more than lived up to the reviews and were so helpful. I was spoilt for choice but fell in love with my Fiesta. All the cars are so nice and clean too!

I went to Hearsall Common Car Sales when it was time to get a new car as they are really local to me so it was just an ideal location. I ended up with a Mini Cooper from them as it just met all the criteria I was looking for. I have had a few problems with it but the guys at Hearsall got them all sorted for me no problem. They even cleaned up all the paintwork for me! Typically, I left my dog basket there when I took it down for a clean so it is a good job it is only around the corner 😂

We got our Ford Focus recently and it has been running great. The only thing was, with all the nice weather we have been having, we hadn't noticed the heaters aren't working 🤦‍♀️ The guys at Hearsall have been great though and they got it straight back in to diagnose the problem and have arranged to get it repaired. It is a busy dealership so it was really nice to have that dedicated service still and the staff were all so friendly and just really nice people. They kept in touch with us throughout the whole process even with the finance and things.

I was looking to part exchange my car for something new so I had a chat with Hearsall Common to see what we could do. They had a Ford S Max which I loved so it seemed meant to be. In the end, my circumstances changed so I sold my car to someone I knew but the guys at Hearsall were really understanding throughout the process and still gave me a good deal for the S Max. The guys were so friendly and there was just a really nice atmosphere at the dealership. The battery was flat when we looked at the car but they have got this replaced for us which is good of them. They are sorting out an issue with the central locking now too as this started after we had it for a little while but it is all under the warranty so it is all good.

When I was looking for my Nissan Juke I was looking in my local area as I didn't want to travel too far. I had a budget in mind so I was looking to get the best car for my money which is when I saw Hearsall Common Car Sales. I had a look at anything I could find online about them and their reviews and they were positive so I went down to see them. It is fair to say they live up to their reviews without a doubt! Only problem I am having is my Sat Nav isn't updating with my location and I can't figure out how to update it🤦‍♂️. Other than that though my Nissan Juke is a lovely vehicle!
