I went to see the the car i was interested at heathrow general cars.As i arrived i saw the car in the yard with engine running.To my question why the car was running i got the answer oh i had to move it from the back. However the reason as i found out later was that the car does not like cold starts and is a pain to get it going when its cold.The friendly salesman did not say anything about that.But wait there is more, the gear box when hot changes gears like somebody is hitting you with a hammer and screams all the way from 2 to 4 gears.He did not tell me about this either..After the test drive which was on a motorway to avoid gear changes i found out that every time i started the engine a warning comes on saying environmental fault.i asked him why he did not tell me and he said i ll give money off for that.I should have walked off there and then.These people on purpose and deliberately mislead me. Waiting for your response heathrow cars.Oh and the final insult after i paid him he gives me a printed receipt with a hand written note that the car is bought as none runner.To my question why he did this he said it is the dealers way of saying you get no warrantee. One or two days later when the faults became obvious i call them but no answer,i think they made a note of my phone no.I got my son to call them and they gave him all the excuses.

Drake with these dealers a month ago. Went to look at one car but came home the proud ownerof a completely different one! The service I had was exemplary. The car was a reasonable price and I was given a fair deal for my p/x. The staff were honest, professional and friendly. When I picked my new car up it had been fully cleaned and was say ready for me. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car from these guys.

I walked in to the Heathrow General Cars showroom and a bought a car 3 Months ago, They have described the car to be very clean and has no fault and they said you will have 6 months warranty with the car too, did not even test drove the car purchased with trust. the day I took car home realised some noise and gearbox was not normal, so went back to them and told them the problem, they said the car was parked for a while so its normal drive it for a couple of days and it should be back to normal, drove it for 2 weeks, the noise was getting worst, went back again they refer me to a mechanic, the mechanic had a car for 2 weeks and repaired of £1500, the dealer asked me to pay half I told them it should be under warranty, but they were making excuses and exe... so I agreed to pay £600, took the car hoping all should be fine but unfortunately after couple of days it was making sound again, thought of getting HPI check and saw that the car was CAT D, and checked it by another mechanic he told me that the whole engine was change on this car, the dealer never told me that the car was an accident car and engine was changed, went to dealer after all this check to get refund or exchange to another car, they told me that 3 months have gone by and you have no longer warranty which they at first told me that its 6 months, watch out when dealing with Heathrow General Cars.

After looking around a lot I decided to purchase a car from heathrow general cars. They agreed to let me pay a deposit and hold onto the car for a month because I live in Germany and needed to fly to the U.K. And collect it. The collection of the car was very easy and all the paperwork was ready for me. After driving back the car to Germany the light came on and my local garage informed me I needed new glow plugs. I contacted the dealer and they sent me the money for the repair straight away. I am very impressed with how they have dealt with me as a customer.m and after having such a pleasant experience with them would definitely recommend Heathrow General Cars.

I have had my Mercedes for a few months now and I have had no issues with it at all. When I received it, It was clean and in great condition and it's definitely worth the money. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

2 weeks in I had to put new pads and discs on the rear as they weren't guaranteed under the 12 month warranty included in the price I was told. My mechanic then found the cable had been cut to turn off the brake pad engine management light. Was also promised a tow bar as that was included in the price I rang several times to be lied to and rejected. Also had to pay for a new log book a they said they only had the car two weeks and had sent it off. Will never use Heathrow General Motors again.
