Avoid Heathrow General Cars Ltd. I have bought the car from them and it has problem, I tried to return it in the same day and after long negotiation they accepted to refund me but they deducted 400 pounds.

I buy a car in june 2016,a Ford Mondeo 2012 from them, and I found out the car has a oil leak,with 3 months warranty from them,and a thousand of call and e-mail without any answer. They ask me to let my car with them for 2 times( said they book my car To be seen by a specialist) every time they didn't give me any things like what they have done to my car,or a diagnosis.they call after 2-3 days to pick up the car,when I asked what was the problem,or if I have any warranty for what the mechanic done,all the time the answer it's same: I'm sorry I don't know, but I will speak with my college and let you know! Never they come back with any information or update! The worst customer service I ever seen! AVOID THEM!
