I brought a car on the Saturday and by the Monday the head Gasket had gone and the 4 tyres were bald, As a young female driver that took liberties and when I told them I was taking it further they said I couldn't because I had forget to get a receipt so I didn't have proof Heathrow Motors sold it to me!!!!!! The car cost £3,000.00

Problem with the car I brought from Heathrow Motors. Refused to refund me even within the first 30 days. Car not safe to drive. Will be going to small claims court if he doesn't respond. Rude and aggressive practices. Does nor abide by his legal responsibility... Avoid at all costs.

They keep changing the business name. After completion of one year of Heathrow motors they change name to Stockley Trade Centre and after one more year they are dealing with new name AJ Heathrow Motors at same place.
I purchased a mercedes e320 from this so called dealership, supposedly had a genuine mileage of 40000, i have just put this car up for sale and the dvla has told me the real mileage is in excess of 240000 miles, these people should not be allowed to trade and im amazed the trading standards have not closed them down, WHY NOT? Disgusting company to deal with and avoid at all costs, no doubt the positive reviews they have are placed by there friends and relatives.

Please email me at hannahsimons@ymail.com I have a few things on these people.
I brought an Audi A3 of STC and after a few days it became apparent there was a fault. I took the vehicle to a trusted vehicle mechanic at HVS to have a diagnostic check carried out to find that both lower suspension arms needed replacing as did the catalytic convertor which was a bodged system not right for the vehicle all to the cost of £780 I went back to speak with the manager who said I should have brought the vehicle back to them to complete the work! Really why would I trust them after they stated it had a full years MOT when it only had 4 months? I'm doubting now that they actually changed the timing belt which they said they did and I paid for. The upshot is that they refused to pay towards the repair and that I should just pursue in a small claims court. I would definitely not recommend buying from these guys and found them to be quite hostile. I will get the timing belt checked to see if it has actually been replaced not that these people would admit to anything. Really don't buy from them!!!

Please get in touch. Stockley Trade Centre owe me £700. I need all the people that have problems to get in touch, I already have a solicitor.
Please do not buy from Heathrow Motors.I bought a car from them and stupidly I forgot to collect a receipt. I called them the next day and they said they would send it to me in the post. They never did! Two weeks later the car gearbox failed so i rang them and they said they cannot remember selling the car to me. I told them I would report them to trading standards and they said go ahead and do it.
Now closed to avoid angry customers and trading standards. Trading as Stockley General Cars. Same faces .same sites. Same awful lies. Avoid like the plague

Do you have contact details for them. My car was still within the 30 day warranty window when I had the initial issue but after trying to get in touch with them got in touch with Tony? He said he had left the company and would forward my information on. I didnt hear anything and was unfortunately taken to hospital for 5 weeks so couldnt do anything about it. My car, a dodge caliber 2.0 sxt is now needing a complete engine refit with new oil pump, new turbo and new vaccum pump costing in excess of 2600 to repair. Want to get in touch with them and see what happens. I will also be getting legal advice. Cheers
This company are very unprofessional. My car was said to pass MOT but on inspection 4 tyres were below the legal limit. The parking sensors were not working. the service history was advertised as done, but on closer inspection it wasn't and they only topped up with engine oil when the light came up. The insurance sold to me is yet to be active after 7weeks of buying the car, I am not holding my breathe . This company is just not worth getting int business with. I wished I did my research before going there. On collection of the car, it was filthy and stinking with smoke.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!! .... I bought my car from them last year at 4000 pound, on my way back home all the warning lights start flashing on the dash board, took it back next week and was told by Bobby that they fixed everything and it wont happen again. After few days all the lights are back, so basically they just pressed reset button on the lights not replaced anything. From then I keep calling and taking car back and forth from their garage and more lights came on. I got fed up and took my car to actual manufacturer dealership only to find out that the car is so badly damaged from underneath that it is 'ILLEGAL' to drive on the road and cant even pass MOT and it will cost me further 3000 pounds if I want the car to pass the next MOT (not to mention they did MOT on that car a month beforehand and there was no issues with the car so the magic damage appeared overnight). I took the car back and after much arguing and wasting my time was given other car which was much less then what I paid initially and they promised me this car is fine and had no issues and the first car that I returned which was theirs, they are going to fix it properly before it goes back on road, more to my surprise I check their website the next day the car is back on their website for 4000 pound which was certified by original manufacturers as 'COMPLETELY ILLEGAL' on the road.
